We rested in this hotel from 04.10 to 10.10. The room was taken not for smokers. A surcharge is required for a room with a balcony. Cons of the hotel: Far to the sea on foot, if you don't know a short way, if you know 20 min. There is no clothes dryer, the biggest disadvantage is the lack of sockets near the beds. We took breakfast-lunch-dinner.
The food is monotonous, but everything is delicious. Don't report food if it runs out. Sometimes there was not even bread at breakfast. I had to ask for something.
Boston bar, where lunches and dinners are held. The bar is not only for hotel guests, they smoke in the hall. The waiters work very slowly and not with great pleasure. You won't get any cutlery. As well as orders for water.
In general, the hotel is located not far from everything. You can take the subway, we went everywhere by taxi.

Great hotel for its price. But one thing is a CITY hotel. This means that in the transfer that they have, you will never fit in to get to the beach :) and do not try to complain about it - you will knock out the transfer, but the price will be completely different. You can easily and fairly quickly get to the beach! Use the cards!
The administrator, who is the most important in a white robe, is very polite and responsive, but don't believe all the locals too much :) they talk with confidence about something without actually knowing anything about it. Therefore, check all the information yourself from the original sources.

About the room (we took the standard one) The hotel is a bit old, the rooms are spacious but with old furniture, the view from the standard room on the building, which is also annoying. The windows don't open. The room was for smokers, but there was no ventilation…
The room is cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, the mini bar is replenished (water, tea, coffee) every day.
There is one not quite clean swimming pool on the territory of the hotel..

Here the breakfasts are varied, delicious, with good service, special thanks to the manager for this)
Dinner takes place in the Boston cafe, the food is delicious, but the service is lame, the waiters work for the incoming public., they don't care about the hotel guests, a couple of evenings they didn't wait for drinks from the bar.
Location close to the sea, 20 minutes walk, but far from the center.

We liked the hotel, the room was with one large bed, but there were 5 of us (2 adults, an infant and two children 3 and 6 years old) so they brought us another bed for children, the room was still spacious, cleaned every day if we were not in the room, the breakfasts were good and the dinners were buffet since we were there during Ramadan, the pool as a nice bonus, once at night we woke up from the fact that water was dripping from the ceiling, but the workers pretended that this was how it should be)) (the room was on the 4th floor).transfer to la mer beach from Monday to Friday at 9:30 back at 13:30, la mer beach is better for evening walks, we went swimming to the public beach that is next to la mer, it is beautiful!! It is not on the maps of taxi drivers, but since we discovered it by accident on the last trip, we showed them ourselves on our navigator. There is a good grocery store nearby, everyone was not cheated by the check, but if you go towards the beach after a big intersection (with fountains), there will be a grocery store on the left there, they cheated by a decent amount!

It definitely does not pull at 4 stars. We stayed with a family and a child at the hotel from May 2 to May 9. We checked in on the night of May 1 to May 2, there was no one else to check in except us. There was no separate bed for my daughter in the room, although they paid extra for it. I had to solve the issue in the middle of the night, despite the fact that there are no Russian-speaking employees. They brought a bed, all tattered, old, it was disgusting to lie on it. No slippers, no dressing gowns either. Toothbrushes with paste were brought only after I applied to the reception 2 times. The food is monotonous, they ate only because they had to eat, no pleasure from eating. The gym is like a Soviet rocking chair from the 90s, only there are no exercise machines) Cleaning was carried out in a timely and high-quality manner, I have no complaints here. The hotel itself is located somewhere in the courtyards, in the middle of construction sites and fences. I give 3 stars only for cleaning the room and for the fact that it is convenient to get from the hotel by taxi to the main attractions

Russian Russians are waiting in long queues,
the service is cool, but there are no Russians ( (almost ) the number is normal, only 1 Russian channel.
Lunch is nomral, but sometimes everything is peppery ( soups).
We stopped by at 12:15 thank you!
Dinner is normal, but everything is the same as for lunch + soups + sweets.
But the sockets are not very harmful!
Walk to the beach 20-17 min.
The view is good if you're lucky.

Forgot to say about the decor, well, the average on the krvshe pool and 5 spa.

Lunch and dinner were a la carte in the restaurant, which is located in the same building. Very tasty and large portions! Sometimes dinner was buffet style. The pool is not big, unfortunately. The room is huge, there is a kettle in the room, bringing water and tea, coffee, cream every day)
Now from the cons:
There was only one employee who spoke Russian and we didn't see him that often. Although there were enough Russian-speaking guests there. The water in the sink stood for a day and a half and only with the 3rd complaint the masters sent us. When checking in, we were not cheated a lot and took more money, I didn't notice it, then they returned it to us when they saw their mistake. It was really cool in the room, it was not possible to turn off the air conditioner completely. The windows looked out on a gray wall and someone's windows in the dorm opposite. There is no balcony and it is impossible to open the windows, in this regard, the washed things dried for a long time, there was very high humidity, there is no remote control from the air conditioner, it cannot be turned on for heat)

The hotel is no more than 3 stars. It's unbearable far from the sea in the heat. There are eternal problems with water in the room. View from the windows of the construction site. A pool for two and not the first freshness. The breakfasts are normal. We had a check-out from the hotel at 6:15, the day before we were asked to collect a lunchbox, at the reception we were told that we could go in and have breakfast at this time, as a result, we left hungry (the dining room was closed). The area where the hotel is located is not recommended. This is not Dubai, but Chinatown and the food in all restaurants/cafes is appropriate. We were in the Rove Dubai Marina hotel 3 stars, where the Luxury area, breakfast 5 *, view from the window to the yachts and the bay! One plus of the place is an inexpensive taxi from the hotel to the Dubai Mall. Thank you for a variety of fruits for breakfast ! Be careful we were not refunded the change from the payment of tax upon check-in. The amount is small, but the sediment remained. Plus the hotel is a Boston Bar around the corner where you can drink beer/alcohol.
