The water seems to be clean, we were there only 2 times (mostly went to the sea). There is a special shuttle from the hotel in the morning from 10:30 to the beach (Al Mamzar) and back to the hotel at 13:30. The food was good, the chef cooked omelets for breakfast, and there were various dishes - porridges, boiled foods, pastries, fruits, and vegetables. For lunch, there were various pastas, seafood, and also for dinner there were days of various dishes (Japanese cuisine, seafood, steaks, American cuisine, etc.). Also about the food - there were a lot of desserts, ice cream, fresh juices and other national desserts for lunch. I would like to mention an important point separately, when I asked if they had karak tea (tea with milk and spices), the chef specially prepared for me, although they did not have it on the menu. In my room, one of the lights was out of order, and it was burning almost non-stop (respectively, not allowing me to sleep). It's a rather strange situation for a 5* hotel. Next to the hotel (5-7 minutes on foot) there is a large supermarket AL Kabayel , there are products and souvenirs, all prices are reasonable and the choice is good. Unfortunately, there was always an unpleasant smell of chemicals in the room, perhaps insects were poisoned, which could not be ventilated, because the windows in the room do not open. Far from the metro, it takes more than 20 minutes to walk, there are no shops and cafes nearby, the nearest eatery and supermarket are also a 20-minute walk away. They called the reception and brought it.the hotel is very noisy-the walls are plywood, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. A huge number of Pakistanis, who could hardly get to dinner in the evening, broke through to the marmites by the hundreds, grabbed everything in a row, and ate right off the floor. I had to replace the dinners with lunches, because because of Ramadan, the Pakistanis did not occupy the restaurant until the evening. The restaurant is dirty, it is difficult to clean, the food does not look appetizing, and the breakfasts are monotonous. Never to this hotel again. On the plus side, I must say that early check-in and late check-out were allowed without additional charges. You need to make an appointment for a transfer to the beach a day in advance, otherwise they won't take it.

Although we are not staying with them yet, we were allowed to board the bus. We are very grateful to the guys at the reception that they did not refuse. Our room should be without a balcony and with windows overlooking the city... But at the reception we asked, if possible, to give us a room with a balcony and a view of the pool. After the beach, we were settled into a room with a huge balcony and a view of the pool. There was no limit to my happiness. They didn't take a penny. And once again, many thanks to those who receive us at the hotel. Spacious rooms, decent beds and comfortable mattresses, slept with my daughter like the dead. The only way out to the balcony is very funny, somehow they found it, you go out from the balcony, you can knock your head against the corner of the room.The hotel territory is not small, an excellent swimming pool, a sauna is not large, but cozy. I didn't go to the hammam, but I looked in, I didn't like the smell. The Jacuzzi by the pool is gorgeous, after a walk around the city, the whole body rested in it, in general, they used a water massage. It was written a 5* hotel, but still I think 4-4.5, if that happens, but solid. We didn't even know for three days that they were supposed to be given to us, since 5*. Towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed once in 6 days, in my opinion. I liked everything, one moment spoiled the rest, this does not apply to the hotel, we got to kalabs with the weather on 04/16/24 and until 1.40am we walked knee-deep in water in the center of Dubai, could not catch a taxi or a ride. The city authorities caused the rain and did not calculate their forces with nature. We did not organize trips for tourists, we sat in the place for 4 hours, hoping to get to the hotel from the center, almost all the metro lobbies were flooded, it was good that we had spare shoes. At 20.00 we were kicked out of the subway and told to swim.....so we swam knee-deep, risking falling into pits somewhere...until 2:40 p.m. We groped our way in the night with our feet.... It wasn't fun. The water is cool, we went to shopping malls, changed into sneakers and warmed our feet. That's the only thing that ruined our vacation. Two days were lost due to flooding , transport did not go, they did not take you to the beach. The hotel is excellent, far from the center, but close to the airport👍

We were at the hotel in April 2024. It is good enough, there is damage after the flood, but not critically. The rooms are great. We had problems with water. Weak pressure during the day. The transfers are excellent. But the location is extremely inconvenient and the city taxi is a problem. There are no shops nearby. Metro - at least 20 minutes, red line. Who writes that it's 10 minutes to the station-bullshit! In the heat, after shopping, it's tin. Just take a taxi. Well, personally, we will not go to this hotel anymore.
