I took a trip here for the first time, Anastasia's agent's communication was pleasant at first. Everything was handled quickly. After the start of the tour, it became absolutely clear - they just sold it to me and forgot. Our plane's engine burned out before our eyes on takeoff, it's a good thing it wasn't in the air. Everyone was dropped off back at the airport, and do you know what the agent did? Nothing. Of course, you'd think that such an emergency had happened to your tourists, why write and ask if everything was all right? She couldn't help but know, all the travel agents were talking about it. And her advice on what to take with you to Cuba is generally a separate conversation. In a country where everything is sold even in government stores only in dollars, she advised taking euros. Thanks! It's a good thing you were smart enough to take both with you. Our return flight was also postponed, needless to say, she again did not write anything, did not support her tourists, who lost about a day of their paid vacation? It's about absolute indifference, which I felt very clearly. I'll never come again in my life, and I don't recommend it to anyone.
