An unequivocal recommendation!!! An unremarkable staircase from a tourist street, there are no touts or advertisements, you go up to the 2nd floor and there is a beautiful panoramic terrace with views of the city and the Bosphorus. In addition to tourists, there are many locals, while the interesting menu is more European than Turkish and a good bar. Prices are normal, neither expensive nor cheap, and you can have lunch while walking or have dinner with a glass. I have already been 3 times and I will come again when I am in Istanbul.

Nice place with a great view. I really liked the milkshakes (210 lire). I didn't really like the dish of 3 burgers (it was a bit dry). They give me sauces, but I wouldn't like to "collect my own", but I want to eat a dish from the chef. Well, at a price cheaper than 580 lira, there is nothing. Of course, for some, this is the average price, but every day to give at least 2000 lira (for two) for dinner is such a thing. The staff is kind, pleasant, and understanding. For wi-fi (to view the menu), registration by phone number is required, but ask the waiter and everything will be set up for you.

Of course, the view is magnificent, we arrived at sunset and of course the beauty is indescribable. The menu is all very good and delicious, and when this restaurant was recommended to me, they said that the portions were large, but I forgot that. The portions are really large, I didn't give up and of course I ate everything, because it's an explosion of flavors. Special thanks to the chefs. And the waiters are always smiling and very helpful.
