The nurses behaved extremely unprofessionally – they discussed us right in front of me and my mother, which is completely unacceptable in a medical institution. The level of hygiene is seriously questionable. Moreover, they couldn't even properly inject the child. This clinic positions itself as a pediatric clinic, but in fact, the attitude towards young patients and their parents leaves a terrible impression.
