There is no metro nearby, it is very far to the beach (40 minutes by taxi: 50 - 60 aed in one direction with a hand if you catch it) There's a construction site everywhere, you leave the hotel and turn your head around, there are only construction sites around. You sit in the pool and hear the piling and crushing of the walls. (After a while, of course, everything will be built, but nevertheless, it's super convenient now) I can't tell you from the shops or restaurants in the area, we went to look once, were defeated, took a taxi and went to the Marina. In general, the hotel is great inside, but it is surrounded by construction on all sides. Location is its biggest drawback, splurge on a taxi.
