Not a bad hotel. Clean, cozy rooms. It works according to the breakfast, breakfast/dinner system. The food is not bad. There is a swimming pool with a large TV on which football matches are broadcast. There is a bar next to the pool. You can order food, alcohol, and non-alcoholic cocktails. There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, there are always promotions on days of the week for different dishes. There are transfers to the main attractions of Dubai, usually in one direction. Transfer to the beach in both directions. The beach is excellent, located on a Palm Tree (Soluna beach), with a cooled pool. The beach also has all the infrastructure, starting from sun beds/ umbrellas and ending with a pool bar.
The area itself is quiet enough, far from the main attractions, but there are many inexpensive restaurants and shops. Transfer to the beach from 30 minutes to an hour, depending on traffic jams.
Russian-speaking employees are not constantly present, there are no channels in Russian on TV.

Excellent service, the staff is friendly and courteous! There is an extensive variety of dishes for breakfast, but it does not change from day to day. For an additional fee, you can drive and relax on a private beach, where there is access to both the pool and the sea, we never went there, we liked everything. The hotel has two restaurants (one of which is Mexican), both have a bar, and one of them makes hookah. There are grocery stores within walking distance from the hotel, which is also good👍🏻
Among the disadvantages: location : (after all, as for the beach, as for the center, as for the Marina, it takes from 30 minutes and above; the tour drivers refused to pick us up from the hotel and had to go closer.

Almost an ideal place to relax. There is a swimming pool, warm enough. Beautiful building. Delicious breakfasts, and for dinner on the menu, we were able to eat very tasty. The room was panoramic, two walls of glass. A huge comfortable bed. The bed is far from the sofa, so it is quite comfortable with children. The only disadvantage is some distance from the shore, you need to take a taxi. However, the pool and a large number of sun beds compensate for this disadvantage. You really need to want to go to sea. We reached the sea only once, as we are not lovers of the sea.

Very nice hotel. The price/quality ratio is super.
The choice at breakfast is sufficient, the food is delicious and the products are of high quality. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are neat and cozy, the windows are simply chic. The view is beautiful, not on the center of Dubai, of course, but still the eyes are happy to look out the windows. The pool has clean water, it is shallow, but in February it was quite warm.
The location of the hotel should not confuse — there are always a lot of city taxis nearby, they arrived in a minute or two on call in the application. It was possible to sign up for a transfer to the beach in the evening of the previous day.

I do not know how they check in by booking through aggregators, but if you just want to come and check in, be prepared that you will be heated for money.
I drove in the middle of the night from Business Bay specifically across half the city to this hotel, because on their website it says that there are rooms for today for 315 dirhams.
I arrived, the receptionist tells me that there are only 600 rooms at the reception. I show the site, I talk on the site by 315. She says there aren't any.
In response, I say - there is on the site.
And she sees that I don't speak English well, that it's hard for me to explain to her, the time is 2 a.m., I'm tired and she asks almost every word, pretends that she doesn't understand what I'm talking about at all.
In the end, she told me this - well, then book a room on the website.
Thank you for taking care of the guests. If I had an international card, I would book your hotel, but I don't have one.
And they couldn't help me in any way. It's just disgusting. It's just that no one cares about what's written on the site - that's it.
I came out of there, walked around this nedootel and came across the Five Hotel, where they gave me the most luxurious room for 400 dirhams.
The attitude towards the guests is just at zero, I do not advise anyone.

A three-star hotel. The rooms are cold, just creepy!!! Everything is in stone, plus the air conditioner (but even when turned off, there is a frank dubak in the room)
The restaurant (we only had breakfast) -for Hindus, all the dishes. The choice is meager! And closer to 10:00, even they just don't exist (((.
We were forced to leave earlier, we wrote to the booking office and the hotel about the departure and asked for a refund (for the period not lived), the money was NOT RETURNED!!! And they haven't been responding to messages for a month.
The location is on the road, and most importantly, there is a construction site nearby and you will wake up with the first workers (7:00 is an active slave process!!)

At the moment in the hotel..we booked for 5 days, but we won't stay longer than the 1st..who writes positive reviews?- employees???? The sound insulation is disgusting, the room is noisy, every passing car can be heard from the road, and after 11 am, construction debris was loaded..you can hear everything, you won't fall asleep.. also, the air conditioner is constantly turned on, it works loudly (there were others - there was no such noise for a week... the location of the hotel is terrible, no metro, no transport.. there is a construction site all around, also right in front of the hotel.. the view from the window is on the construction site, partly on the road and on a vacant lot with a lot of garbage.. the furniture is damaged, although the hotel is new, there are traces of cigarette butts (a smoking room was given with a child). There are tiles on the floor - it's cold and, accordingly, you will constantly hear the upper neighbors, which is now sorry for me....they drive a car along the road - I have a feeling that I am on the street.. the pool for such a hotel is small, and also shallow.. there is no iron, boards, bathrobes, there are no accessories in the bathroom. The room has water, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, slippers - standard, even for 3 people.. hair and dirt in the bathroom were found in the room after the check-in. The water from the shower runs in a stream from under the door - you can slip, saves a towel on the floor, but in this case the door to the bathroom does not open well and does not open into the shower...when they flush in the toilet in the next room, everything is perfectly audible... We booked a hotel with breakfast, offered discounted dinners at the reception, said we would think about it, and there was no desire to get attached to the hotel with a return, restrict freedom of movement..
Then they offered that another child was in the dinner for free and the offer is valid only now, upon check-in, they bought it.... they left to explore the sights, of course they got carried away, if it wasn't for the paid dinner, they wouldn't have come back, because they could have dinner in beauty, with pleasant music and enjoy the fountain show more than once, but they had to order a taxi (although the plans were for a 4km walk before going to bed)), the taxi cost 40 dirhams (so I thought about a "free" dinner at the child's, I regretted that they tied themselves to the hotel...when they came to the dining room (according to them, the restaurant), I saw that they betray little, the number of visitors was not impressed..and we were waiting for a "surprise" - pay for dinner in full for 2.. I mean..- I paid at check-in for all 5 days, the bill in the room - go? They found out for 5 minutes, the head of the dining room came out - again he explained in a way - again from their side the clarification ... for 5 minutes again, he offered to sit down at the table and wait for 1 minute, "enjoying" how others are having dinner...they remembered about us about 5 minutes later, "drove us into the neck" to find out everything again at the reception....it's already lasted 15 minutes...the child wants to eat...they found out there for a long time, humiliated me, brought me to tears, the child calmed me down.. I'm like a beggar, as if I'm begging to eat from them for free..this is the manager's attitude...then she wrote that she was ready to pay 30 AED for food for my child today, and tomorrow she would like to pay herself))- I mean...a favor????I could barely restrain myself from gently saying where to put these 30aed for myself... she also claimed that they were a good hotel..well yes... a good hotel does not throw its reputation, now I know the cost of the reputation of this hotel = 150 dirhams... why cheat like that - offered, sold, be kind...would I really pay for my own dinner, but not for the child??? I also joked when I was offline - and it wouldn't work out that I was eating, and the child would only watch - they laughed, but they assured me that it would never work out that way..I would like to save money - velkom mac or kfs - for two dinner costs 60-70 dirhams..
TERRIBLE attitude, inability and unwillingness to solve the problem by the manager ... also said that she was ready to refund the money for the paid dinners...so where will it go..will return the hotel.. while listening to the "kind words" of the manager, I booked a different hotel, closer to the beach, near the metro and a good discount, tomorrow we will follow from this "construction dump"....

It is located in the middle of nowhere (I don't understand high marks for the location on the booking at all), a paid beach (which was also not mentioned anywhere, perhaps this is normal for the emirates, but for a person who arrived for the first time it may be an unpleasant surprise, we ourselves were not the first, but before that we have always visited public beaches, but since this "most beautiful hotel" is located in the ahem-ahem of the world, we had to pay 60 dirhams for 1 visit for one person. The location is just awful, the vacation experience is nightmarish.

Beautiful design, nice rooms with new renovation. We rested there for 12 days, and for all the time the menu has not changed at all at breakfast. Maybe this is the norm for Dubai, but in the first half of the vacation it's already starting to get boring. Far from the city, there is no metro nearby, so if you do not rent a car, you will have to take a taxi every day. The staff is excellent, who has problems with the language, there is a Russian-speaking girl at the reception. Everyone is polite, cleaning was every day. The pool is waist-deep, small, you won't be able to swim there much. In addition, all the sun beds are occupied in the morning and if you have not occupied them, they will be released only after 14:00-15;00. There is a convenient shuttle to Riva beach on a Palm Tree, there have always been free sun beds, the beach is clean, towels are given out 👌🏻
Right in front of the hotel there is a shop The Best Market, the prices in it are cosmic, it's better to walk 2 minutes more to the Carts store (if I'm not mistaken with the name), local people are bought there and the prices are adequate
In general, everything is fine, but the location of the hotel is very inconvenient. It is better for the same money to take a hotel on the Marina with a slightly simpler repair, but everything will be nearby
