It's a cool hotel, but there are nuances. He's old enough, you can see the signs of fatigue, but he's still on top. Good staff, spacious rooms, I liked it. Breakfast is at a height, there are a lot of pools on the 7th floor, a hammam. There is a minimarket opposite the hotel, alcohol can be found across the river within walking distance. Kite Beach can be reached on foot or by taxi. The Burj Khalifa is also not far away, about 30 minutes on foot. It is not possible to get lost.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. Beautiful surroundings. Fresh flowers. Arabic music in the evenings. The staff is very attentive and always ready to help. Thanks to Nuraina and Firyuza for their help with the English translation and prompt resolution of any issues. There is a small hot tub on the roof. For breakfast, there is a buffet with a sufficient number of dishes. It's a pity that dinners don't indulge in variety. There is a bridge with a waterfall, a small shop and a cafe nearby. There is no currency exchange in the hotel.

We were here for a day, everything was fine with us. The hotel is in the center, I don't know if the sea is nearby. But this is the very center. The room is amazing, the breakfast is stunning.

Not a bad residential complex from Hapture. Nice pool, nice gym. But!!! Terrible long elevators!!! Narrow and not very convenient Parking in the house. Only for not very large cars. There are good fountains and a shop nearby.
