I recommend. We stayed in March 2025. We booked through a travelatta, and upon arrival we asked for an additional tourist tax of 100dir for 2 people for 5 nights and 500dir deposit for services. The deposit was refunded upon eviction. Very convenient location. Cozy neighborhood, convenience stores, nearby currency exchange, cafes… The room has an ironing board, a good iron, and a powerful hair dryer. Cleaning was done every day: replenished water, shampoo-gel, dusted the floor, vacuumed the carpet even! The curtains were sprinkled with fragrance! The pots and pans are all new. Considering that this is the most inexpensive hotel in Al Barsha, we were absolutely satisfied with our stay. After reading the reviews here, we were preparing for the worst)) but they didn't find any disadvantages.

The apartment is very conveniently located, clean, quiet, everything is from the dishes, which was not enough- they brought it very quickly. Attentive staff. Close to shops, cafes, metro. There is a cafe and a swimming pool with sauna and hammam. If you need not only the beach, but also travel, you should stay in these apartments.

The price-quality ratio is excellent. Of course, you should not expect much from the economy option. There are disadvantages, but this is the most budget hotel in El Barsha. 1. These are apartments. There is an electric stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and washing machine with dryer, ironing board with iron. It seems great, but not without disadvantages. When we arrived, the microwave was not working, the kettle was leaking and the pot and frying pan were in terrible condition. I went to the reception. We looked at the microwave and left)) The kettle and saucepan were replaced with the same ones) Surprisingly, after a couple of days there was some kind of detour. They clarified whether everything was working, and replaced the microwave and kettle with serviceable ones. Well done. Some kind of service :) But there is nothing to change pots and pans for. Therefore, if the space in the suitcase allows and you plan to cook, then you need to bring your own dishes. And there is also no salt. 2. The cleaning is good. Towels are provided as much as required. Tea, coffee, sugar, soap, shampoo - everything is replenished on time. There's a pigsty on the balcony, they don't clean it at all. There are also cigarette butts lying around. I saw two cockroaches in the hallway. But since we didn't leave crumbs and dirty dishes on the table, there were none in our room. 3. The hotel has a playground, a gym and a rooftop pool. Not wow, but it will do. 4. The location is normal, but if there are 100,000 more, then you definitely need to choose another area. I liked El Barsha. It is not comfortable there and very far from the sea. It's a long way from the hotel to the metro. But nearby is the Greens area where you can walk. It's green and well maintained. There are also supermarkets, cafes and pharmacies nearby. To sum up, if the budget is limited, then it is quite possible to choose this hotel. Dubai itself did not come to me personally. I definitely won't go a second time.

We were satisfied Nice apartment, though a little tired. Upon check-in, a deposit of $ 100 and a tourist tax, an extra bed was brought immediately. The room has a kitchen, refrigerator, iron and washing machine. Large loggia. Good air conditioning system. If you need a hot shower, it is better to drain the water for a while. I liked the breakfasts, a fairly diverse selection of dishes. For its price, it is a very decent option in Dubai.

One of the cheapest apartments in the good sense of the word, if you book with a booking). The building is a little old for 14 years, there is a smell of antiquity). Take a room without adjacent doors, because if the neighbors move in, you will live together). You will hear everything. I liked the hotel. We spent 7 days at the end of October. The breakfasts are great. The staff is polite and pleasant. Cleaning for five every day: vacuum cleaner, floors are cleaned, dust, toilet. Hair dryer, iron, kettle - everything was there, everything was working. Bath accessories and water were replenished daily. The towels are new, snow-white, changed daily. The bed linen was renewed after 3 days. A clothes dryer was provided upon request. The equipment was working properly. The chairs in the room are new, without stains. The pool and gym are small, but generally not bad. On the downside, you can hear the neighbors, the old carpet in the room, and there is no transfer to the beach (although the travel agent promised). The metro stop is 10-12 minutes walk away. Carrefour - 3 min walk.

Pros: location, good cafe on the ground floor. Cons: very dirty room, everything is old and very old. They asked to change the linen on the bed, it seemed as if they had already slept on it. The coffee machine (capsule) is not working, the used capsule was paid for at check-out. In general, I highly do not recommend it.

We had a rest in December 2023. Apartment T1 is on the 13th floor. There are two spacious rooms, two bathrooms, one of them has a bathroom and a bed. Cleaning and changing of towels every two days. The kitchen has a microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle. Everything is in working order. The pots are old and burnt, there are few plates and appliances. 2 TVs, hair dryer, safe, lots of lights, air conditioning is working. The balcony will be opened after signing the briefing. There are stains on the upholstery, the windows are not washed, in bird droppings.

I lived in this hotel for a long time. Everything is good about the staff, friendly. A normal breakfast . Spacious rooms. But I had to clean the room to shine myself, washed the windows, balcony , kitchen, floors. I found toys and socks behind the sofa , that is , general cleaning is not carried out there in principle . even the trash bucket looked like it was from a dumpster. The soap number is 5 days in total . On a low budget , it is quite a suitable hotel , but stock up on detergents . 😉

I looked at the reviews of the Grand Bella View Hotel ... the dates are old from 2019 . couldn 't resist . I wanted to make my review about the cleanliness in the room .... nothing has changed unfortunately.. all the same cloudy glasses . muddy mirrors .Dressing gowns are missing .we haven 't cleaned up once in a week ! Horror !!! towels were not changed either.. And the cart is still there ... nothing has changed although everyone is very polite

We had a rest in January. In general , I liked it . Rooms with a balcony. There is everything, even a clothes dryer and a washing machine. Polite staff . I advise you to go only for breakfast, since dinner / lunch is on a two-course menu and very monotonous (rice, Chicken, fish). The rooms are relatively spacious, but there are stains on the upholstery and curtains with holes. Plus-a bath. Close to the metro, close to shops. Don't count on the pool. This is a laugh, separately for men and women. Small and squalid . We took a taxi to the beaches. Walking is far and long with their road junctions and crossings . The hotel is located in a modern young area.
