A good inexpensive hotel for this location. Everything is nearby, 20 minutes from the airport. Dubai Mall is a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is located inside a small office block, where you can get to a supermarket, coffee shops, fast food, pharmacy, bank without crossing the road. But there are no normal restaurants in the area, it's better to eat at the hotel. There are also many construction sites and huge roads around. There is an embankment, which can also be reached in a roundabout way (or run across 6 lanes). The embankment is still in the process of landscaping. Walking there is not particularly pleasant. The food at the hotel is not particularly varied and tastes average. There is fresh bread for breakfast and an omelet is being prepared. There is very little baking and it is mediocre. There are also waffles and pancakes. the rest is inedible. For dinner, 3 hot dishes (chicken, beef, something fishy). And one type of specialty dish (there may be chicken or minipizza again). There are no drinks for dinner anymore, only water. There is a small pool, 1.2 meters deep, about 15 m long. I didn't meet many people there. There are no shuttles to the beach, you can only get there by taxi. In total, the hotel is purely for location, if you need to meet frequently on business in the downtown. And in the evening you can walk around the Dubai Mall. Otherwise, there's nothing to do here.

Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression — the rooms are spacious and comfortable, the staff is very attentive and friendly, and the location is convenient. Everything was at a high level, and I really felt cared for by the guests. However, I give 4 stars due to the fact that I had to stand in line in the morning to get to breakfast. I didn't have time to wait, and I ended up going without breakfast, which ruined my mood and the start of the day. I hope the hotel will be able to resolve this issue in order to provide comfort to all guests in the morning. I recommend that guests take this complexity into account when planning their stay at the DoubleTree

We checked in earlier for 5 hours without any problems, this is a significant plus. It is better to pay with a card or dirhams, because, according to the employees themselves, their course is unprofitable. You can really see her from the room with a view of the Burj Khalifa. But only if from below Cons: the smell of some detergents/incense in the room is standard for the UAE. There is no outlet for a hair dryer in the bathroom

I liked the hotel. Even considering that this is not the main Hilton, but a very decent chain. Beautiful reception area. The room was a bit cramped for a family of four, but we could fit in. Nice bathroom with a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink. But for some reason the glass partitions are transparent in the bathroom. It's kind of ill-considered. The breakfasts and dinners are very tasty. The pool is small, but it's enough to refresh and sunbathe. The windows offer beautiful views of the city's skyscrapers. The service is great. Everyone is friendly and smiling.

A very pleasant hotel in the center of Dubai. Polite and helpful staff, comfortable and cozy rooms. Good varied breakfasts. The pool area is not overloaded, there are not many people, the staff is always on site. There are many different cafes and coffee shops nearby, and there are a couple of supermarkets. You can walk to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, as well as a walking path along the canal with a running track.

It was the first time in Dubai, we stayed at this hotel! Convenient location, 10-15 minutes walk to the Dubai Mall, everything you need is nearby, round-the-clock pharmacies, grocery stores, there is an alcohol store in 10 minutes. In the hotel itself, the staff is responsive, friendly, the room was cleaned every day. On the 2nd floor there is a nice outdoor pool, spa and fitness room with modern exercise equipment. We were left with a good impression of the hotel, thanks to the good choice of the hotel, our vacation was eventful and unforgettable, its location allows us to save time on the road to all the main attractions of Dubai, which I consider the most important thing for a holiday.

The mattresses are great, it turned out to be a little soft for me, but after a day on your feet you just fall through. The bathroom is spacious and everything works great. Good shampoos and gels, very good indeed. The pool is on the second floor, open and small, but there is plenty of room for everyone. Good sun beds and service. Saunas in the changing rooms work, but this is not the strongest trump card of the hotel. There are many food outlets nearby. A good supermarket with everything you need is within 100 walking distance. The fountain is small right in the block of buildings. It's nice to be around. It's quiet in the evening. I sincerely recommend this hotel to business travelers. You won't regret it. Oh, I forgot, the breakfasts are very decent. There are different versions of dinners, if you are too lazy to go somewhere, they will feed you. Take the buffet right away. Or the HB option when booking. It's not far from the sights, but it's better to take a taxi.
