I don't remember a more disgusting border crossing. We were traveling from Helsinki to St. Petersburg on December 26, 2024 via Narva. A lot of people, they launch 20 people per hour. Each suitcase is checked manually, Estonians, as usual, are in no hurry. The terribly boorish attitude of the Estonian border guards, they treat both Russians, Finns and Italians like animals. As a result, everything was closed at night, and we stayed in Narva all night. Disgusting. I'll never go here again. You'd better fly by plane.

and we are rude from there - I'm busy, go to another window (neither hello, nor please). We approach the second window.People, you won't believe it, exactly the same and rude answer
(again, neither hello nor please). We were dumbfounded, how is this so and what should we do? The inspection guys have already started coming up and asking instead of us.
Thank them so much for their help, how they helped us. They themselves are probably tired of looking at how we were taken from one window to another.
They gave us papers to fill out. One says to sign here and write your full name, the other shouts why you wrote it in full, you only need a painting.
The black girl says, let the inspectors help you fill out everything correctly, they help, again not correctly, calls them stupid in front of us. A girl with white hair screams fill it out yourself.
About 10 times we re-wrote everything, one says that we need to write in English there, and there we need to write in Russian, the other shouts, not correctly, rewrite. As a result, I was brought to tears (of course, they didn't see it)
I could not calm down for a long time, even when they had already left and now I am writing such a sediment. I even already told my husband, let's turn around and leave, he persuaded me to be patient
for the sake of my Son, he is so waiting for us. It seems to me that someone (I guess who, he saw my condition) has already told senior employees how we are being bullied.
Other people came and began to help them, how to fill out everything on the computer and we were finally let through in the morning (that is, almost a day and a half).
I have more questions for the girls. Girls, is it possible to address people calmly without shouting?
Don't you work there to help people?
If you don't know how to fill out the documents correctly, then maybe you need to learn more, and not pretend that we have come so stupid.
After all, the problem was not in us, but in you, if you say differently how to write correctly and if someone came to your aid.
If it's so hard for you to work there, then maybe change your job and you don't need to spoil
the life of others, because you feel bad about something!

Receives information on the vacant seats on the radio, tells the driver the number of the window to which it is necessary to go. When you arrive, you are already met by a customs officer / border guards in one person (just a personal manager). He shows where to park the car, takes documents from all passengers, asks the driver to open the doors and trunk, asks questions "from where to where" and whether there is anything prohibited. Then he goes into his booth. The passengers get out of the car and approach the booth. The manager, looking at the passengers through the huge windows, stamps the passports and gives them to the driver in a bundle. all. Have a nice trip!!! 5 minutes and everyone is free. I'm not talking about the convenience of booking a queue to leave Estonia. On March 9, I arrived at the distribution site at the right time. My number was already on the scoreboard. You can sign up for a certain time (range - 1 hour) through the website, you can get in a live queue. It's bad that it's paid -4.5 euros (even by appointment, even on a first-come, first-served basis).

And another 30 minutes on Estonian (a big bus came right in front of us). In the evening, around 19 there was a queue only at the Russian border, we stood for 30 minutes.
