Frankly speaking this hotel doesn't correspond to 5 star. Requires maintenance and renovation. Brewakast is to be added with fish and berries. Some work is to be done with waitresses. Please explain them that to ask a guest during dispute about his country of origin is rude, disrespectful snd not tolerant. And next time when you increase restoran menu prices for 50% at once, please be ready to explain that calmly and convincing. Please understand your guests are not poor people, but they are not stupid to approve with their money such price increase.

A good Hilton hotel! The location is super, the room is equipped with everything you need (there is a capsule coffee machine, water and tea accessories are replenished daily). I would like to express my gratitude to Anastasia, the manager of guest relations, for her sensitive attitude towards the guests. As well as the maid on the 4th floor, we lived in 407- for the excellent room cleaning :)
