A 3-star hotel. No more and no less. That says it all. Breakfast for 3 stars. In the evening we drank tea with a chocolate bar. It is convenient in the lobby. It's a pity there is very little space for communication.
The room was average. The price for such a room should be around 18,000 tenge. But it costs much more. A 3-star bed. The room was in the next building. They bought 2 apartments and combined them with a hotel. Fortunately, there was a balcony to smoke, for my guest it was the best thing.
The only thing I liked was the relative location of the center

We stopped on June 15, 16, 17, 2024. I fell for the advertisement. The hotel does not match its price at all. The staff is not very friendly. Room cleaning is generally not practical. Until you tell them to freshen up the room. They gave dirty, wet towels even, it is not possible to call a practical respeshn, or they do not pick up the phone or the phone does not work. I don't say anything about the bar at all, when you have breakfast they look at you with such a dissatisfied look, you think you'd rather go into the room. During the days of staying at this hotel, I did not see a single smile or polite attitude of the staff. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff is not very friendly. When asked about the non-working refrigerator, the answer was received that they are aware and you can buy drinks from them at the bar downstairs, which does not correspond to the quality of the declared hotel. I arrived in the morning, I wanted to check in (the company was paying), they said pay 8000 for early check-in. I refused, left my backpack, and went to work.
