An excellent contractor. I turned to Ilya in order to make the foundation and later the whole house. The project had a ribbon foundation with a ribbon height of 2.7 m due to the large drop and the need to support it on the mainland soil mass. Ilya suggested the best option: he calculated a columnar foundation with wide heels and a column pitch of 3.5-4 m. Saving in my case on the face! Ilya's calculations were confirmed by the designer. We performed budget heating of concrete in the winter season. Everything was built quickly, clearly and beautifully. The level of professionalism is visible. I recommend it to anyone who wants to build a high-quality one.
