15.06.2025. Disappointed with the purchase. Instead of a pleasant choice of watches, I was faced with the aggressive imposition of a warranty extension service. The managers put pressure on the fear, convincing me that without this service, when the watch breaks, and according to their assurances it will break, I will lose the product. They convinced me that I was acting stupidly by refusing to extend the warranty. This behavior discourages the desire to return to this store. The product is still good, but it was sold through manipulation - I hate it, but they are unethical.

03/22/2024 we contacted this store in order to purchase an air humidifier. we bought it, came home and poured the liquid into the humidifier. all the contents spilled onto the table, floor, and electrical appliances in the store itself, they did not offer to test the product at the very beginning. when they arrived and informed about the situation and the marriage, the consultant was very reluctant to answer questions. they refused to check the second humidifier)) (the consultants gave up on pouring water into the tank and seeing if it was leaking) the packaging of the second humidifier was significantly different from the first one. It feels like they were trying to sell a used product. It can be concluded that the consultants did not even check the product for the first time when they sold it. Then why are there consultants in this store? They left disappointed and angry. We spent time and money.

I agree with Valentina Zubareva, you can't describe the experience more precisely... maybe the same employee got caught. After asking what I was looking for, the employee pointedly rolled his eyes and went to look for the goods in the warehouse.…Then aggressive and manipulative attempts began to sell the extended warranty, and when refused in a rather harsh form, there was an attempt to instill fear and guilt for this non-purchased service. Maybe someone in my place would have been upset, but it didn't bother me at all, rather, it surprised me, because the person clearly has communication problems, or he is fulfilling a plan in this way. I recommend that you do not succumb to the manipulative tricks of this manager. The others (the taller guy and the girl) seemed more welcoming. In general, the store itself is clean, tidy, and located in a convenient location. The purchased product is also working flawlessly so far. But -1 for this strange consultant
