It’s wonderful hotel withfriendly staff, delicious food and very clean rooms. The swimming pool is not big but very clean. The hotel has an excellent location, and there is also a free shuttle to the metro, Dubai Mall and the beach.

Excellent location, service. Apartment with kitchen, fully furnished. The staff is friendly and works 100% perfectly for any of your requests. There is a free bus that will take you to the Dubai Mall, or the metro station, or the beach. The breakfasts are worthwhile, the choice is good enough, we did not pay extra for nothing. I recommend it to everyone.

On the plus side: great location, 10 points out of 10. We got a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa and fountains. The room has a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, capsule coffee machine. The view from the window of the dancing fountains and the Burj Khalifa is simply fantastic!
The rooms are like a studio apartment. There is everything you need, kitchen utensils, all household appliances (including a washing machine, a full-fledged refrigerator and a dishwasher).

My family and I have been vacationing at the hotel since 2020. You are constantly discovering something new for yourself. I want to come back again and again. Excellent location, accessibility to the sights of Dubai. The hotel rooms and housekeeping are at a high level, the food we had was excellent and varied breakfast. I would like to say separately about the reception at the hotel, given the certain complexity of paying for a hotel reservation (I arrange trips myself without a tour operator), I was sent an invitation request with payment on the spot and upon arrival there were no questions at check-in. All wishes were taken into account and additional discounts and gifts were received. By the way, there is a supermarket nearby where you can buy exotic products at an affordable price. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are wonderful, always smiling and ready to help at any moment. Even my lack of knowledge of English did not interfere or create discomfort with the excellent Google translator assistant installed in the phone. I definitely recommend it to everyone, as well as friends and acquaintances to visit. The period of stay at the hotel is September 2023.

The best location! Fountains and Dubai Mall are a 10-minute walk away in beauty). The perfect value for money. The apartment is large, with a kitchen. The children and I really liked the hotel! Friendly staff, very cozy room (we were upgraded to a category, and suddenly they gave us a royal, huge room, it was an amazing surprise!) A gorgeous view of the fountains, a supermarket and restaurants are close in the neighboring building. There is a free scheduled bus to Dubai Mall from the hotel, 6-7 times during the day (10 minutes to go). On the first day at breakfast, the child was presented with a small beautiful toy camel from the hotel, it was nice)) If we come again, we will stop here again! I recommend it!

The rooms with a view of the Burj are awesome, there is not much side view of the Burj, but the windows are panoramic, the rooms are clean, all European sockets and connectors for 2 USB 2.0, a variety of buffet breakfasts are delicious, the location is convenient, near a shop like pyaterochka. Not the coolest hotel in terms of service (the cleaning is mediocre, requests are fulfilled only after several requests), the food (breakfast) is cyclically monotonous. One of the most unpleasant things was that they hung something from a bar that they didn't use on us.

The beach is depressing, where there is a delivery from the hotel, There is no shade, There are no sunbeds and infrastructure. There are problems with signing up for a restaurant, there is no complete coordination of the staff. But with all the disadvantages, the price is right. Near MMI, a shop for tourists, alko market. We lived on the 20th floor. The view is cool. I recommend taking HB food Around. This choice allows you to change dinner for lunch, choose a restaurant for dinner in advance and receive unlimited orders of drinks except cocktails, which is very profitable. In general, the hotel is not very bad, I liked it!

We had a family vacation, we liked everything. The breakfasts are varied. The room is clean, cleaned every day, put water and tea, coffee. The view from the window is gorgeous on the Burj Khalifa and fountains on the 23rd floor. If possible, take a room at such a location, it's very beautiful.The pool is not big, but there are always sun beds and few people. There is a shop nearby,you can buy everything you need. To go to the Dubai Mall 15 minutes on foot, there is a transfer of the hotel at 9,11,15,17,21 one way, as well as to the beach in one direction is taken only at 17.30. We got from the beach by taxi.

However, the refrigerator did not work in the room, the refrigerator leaked a couple of times and a puddle formed on the floor.
Cleanliness is at 4. It is clear that the hotel is not the first freshness. In the shower, repairs would not hurt, for this reason, only the bathroom was used. A cockroach was found in the bathroom.
We were very pleased with the breakfasts, the staff was friendly and gallant.
I take one star only for cleanliness, otherwise the hotel is good.
