Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms that have all the amenities, upmost service - everyone from the reception, to the waiters at the restaurant (especially Sabina) and housekeeping attendants were very nice, helpful and made our stay flawless. Great location in a walking distance to Burj Khalifa, the Fountains and Dubai Mall. The hotel has a pool in the yard. The only drawback was that there is almost no sun in the pool area because of the shadow from neighbour buildings.

It’s wonderful hotel withfriendly staff, delicious food and very clean rooms. The swimming pool is not big but very clean. The hotel has an excellent location, and there is also a free shuttle to the metro, Dubai Mall and the beach.

We went out of season, so the prices were quite pleasant for the very center of Dubai. The room was overlooking the fountains, very large and spacious, with its own kitchen area and a huge bathroom. Despite the fact that there was a construction site under the windows, there was no noise from it, the room had excellent sound insulation. There was also a slight disadvantage - the fountains were watching, but there was almost no sound, and the windows couldn't even be opened upstairs. In the photo and video, the viewing directions from our windows, I don't remember the floor, it seems to be about 30. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and there was a large selection of dishes. The pool is small but pleasant, and there is even a place for children to swim.

The breakfast is a standard buffet, but they serve fantastic hot smoked mackerel. 😋😋😋 Lunch is simpler: there are three dishes to choose from from the restaurant menu. The portions are really big. Free bottle of water. The dinners were themed + European food was not for themed. Indian cuisine, Thai cuisine. There is a shop next to the hotel where you can buy any food not very expensive and most importantly: insanely delicious mango juice 1.5 liters for quite a ridiculous amount of money. There is a swimming pool, deep enough in places, about 1.7 meters. There is a separate children's pool. In general, the hotel is definitely a five-plus ⭐⭐⭐🔥 In the photo there is a swimming pool, a view from the window and a piece of the dining room. I was mesmerized by the beauty of Dubai, and I didn't take many photos.

Free transfers from the hotel to the beach and Dubai Mall if you are too lazy to walk 10-15 minutes . A taxi from the booking office to this hotel was waiting at the airport, which turned out to be a pleasant bonus considering the local prices. The hotel is managed and serviced by immigrants from India, where the appropriate cuisine prevails at breakfasts and dinners - very tasty. The rooms are large with cozy balconies, the furniture is comfortable, and there are Russian-language TV channels devoid of the notorious politics. The rooms have a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook anything if you save on food at the hotel, although supermarkets sell a lot of ready-made, varied food. There is no alcohol in the hotel itself, but in the Dubai Mall there is an excellent African Estern specialty store with a wide selection of any alcohol at quite reasonable prices. A very nice outdoor pool with the purest water. In general , I liked everything , and if you don 't be a slouch or a bully or a bore , then there are no disadvantages .

My family and I have been vacationing at the hotel since 2020. You are constantly discovering something new for yourself. I want to come back again and again. Excellent location, accessibility to the sights of Dubai. The hotel rooms and housekeeping are at a high level, the food we had was excellent and varied breakfast. I would like to say separately about the reception at the hotel, given the certain complexity of paying for a hotel reservation (I arrange trips myself without a tour operator), I was sent an invitation request with payment on the spot and upon arrival there were no questions at check-in. All wishes were taken into account and additional discounts and gifts were received. By the way, there is a supermarket nearby where you can buy exotic products at an affordable price. The staff at the reception and the restaurant are wonderful, always smiling and ready to help at any moment. Even my lack of knowledge of English did not interfere or create discomfort with the excellent Google translator assistant installed in the phone. I definitely recommend it to everyone, as well as friends and acquaintances to visit. The period of stay at the hotel is September 2023.

The children and I really liked the hotel! Friendly staff, very cozy room (we were upgraded to a category, and suddenly they gave us a royal, huge room, it was an amazing surprise!) A gorgeous view of the fountains, a supermarket and restaurants are close in the neighboring building. There is a free scheduled bus to Dubai Mall from the hotel, 6-7 times during the day (10 minutes to go). On the first day at breakfast, the child was presented with a small beautiful toy camel from the hotel, it was nice)) If we come again, we will stop here again! I recommend it!
