Wines are cheaper for sure, whiskey + has the same price, beer may be more expensive for some items, sparkling wine is cheaper. The location is wonderful, the logistics are simple, the store itself is 80 meters away at most. There's nowhere to get confused. There is often a queue on weekends, with everyone from Christian Buddhists to Muslims packing up some with packages, some with boxes. It's freer on weekdays. If you know what to buy, the entire purchase procedure, with the selection and presentation of documents, takes at most 10 minutes. The staff are all responsive, they will help, they will tell you, they will show you. The atmosphere is friendly, there is always a local Russian among the visitors, who will also help with the choice of advice. The purchase procedure is very conducive to having fun.
