The application to the tax service was written even before the ds was returned (there is no check, the payment was accepted by transfer to someone's number) and the consumer protection statement was written the same way before the new year, before the ds was returned) the young man who wrote that we would sue - go ahead! I have a lot of time) and it would be better if you spent your time and money on improving the work of the manager, movers, drivers - in general, on the development of the company, than to spoil relations with customers even more)

Don't order anything from them!!!! I ordered a sofa in January, it still hasn't been delivered!!! They said every day we'd send it tomorrow. Now they say he's been on the road for 5 days 🤦🏻♀️ some logistics coordinator's number was sent to me, she doesn't even answer calls or messages! The dates were agreed in advance, as I needed a sofa for the opening of the studio. The deadline has already passed, there is no sofa!!! I asked for a refund, they say there is no money, the accounts are blocked. I wrote a statement to the police and filed a lawsuit! The company itself is supposedly located in Almaty, the sole proprietor for whom I made the payment is actually in Kokshetau!
