Kids love having fun here. The room is not big, but there is a place to roam. They run, jump up and go home happy. I really like it here, there are hair dryers, storage boxes, water, wet wipes, antiseptic. There are USB sockets, a coffee shop next to it, and massage chairs around the corner. While the kids are having fun, you can do a little reboot yourself.

Today I was disappointed with my first visit to your Palazzo center. I came with a 2-year-old child and he liked (as in other city centers) to play with air pistols. But our joy didn't last long, the girls at the reception just took it and turned it off. Like we do too often (Carl!) press the button, and the compressor may break down. Seriously? From the pressure of a 2-year-old child? Disgusting service. After I came back, they turned it on, but a lot of sediment remained. There are also children's wheelchairs-half of which are broken (there is no steering wheel). I think they need to be removed or repaired. It would also be nice to fix a large construction kit (most of the parts are unusable), and wash the zone and the Lego.
