During the 10 minutes spent in the selection of eyeglass frames, the employee did not once ask what we were picking up, and after 10 minutes, when asked if there was a master on site to install lenses in the frame, she was distracted from the correspondence on the phone and said that there was no master. When asked what she had not voiced before, the answer was that she should have been asked initially. Maximum disinterest in customers! We went to the Mukimi branch and ordered glasses with frames there. I highly recommend this branch.
