The service is disgusting. A Red vertical vacuum cleaner was delivered under warranty. The telescopic tube is loose. The vacuum cleaner was returned completely broken. It stopped turning on. They said the battery was wearing out. But we handed over the working product! The charge lasted 35 minutes. It is unclear at what stage the battery has worn out. They gave us a vacuum cleaner, it is not subject to warranty, although the warranty is until December 15th. Where to look for the guilty???

Polite guys. Of course, they are trying to promote it for additional expenses. Extended warranty is there :) But that's their job. See for yourself. Clear delivery. They bring it into the apartment. If requested, they will bring you to the right room. A good impression remained.
