Today we bought a laptop, waited 20 minutes for someone to come up to us. Then a guy came up to us, in response to our words that we had decided on a choice, he kept silent and left. We had to call him again to arrange the purchase of the laptop itself. They could not explain in detail how the installment plan is drawn up, its terms and payments, and immediately sent it to the lending department. Already there, the girl explained all the details to us in detail. After we made the installment plan and paid for the laptop, we went to get it. The young man demonstrated that he was working and packed it. Upon arrival home, we found that no one had turned off the laptop, it continued to work for 3 hours and was severely overheated. It was saved by the fact that it had a low battery level. Disgusting service, disinterest in customers, inattention and unprofessionality
