The service is disgusting. A Red vertical vacuum cleaner was delivered under warranty. The telescopic tube is loose. The vacuum cleaner was returned completely broken. It stopped turning on. They said the battery was wearing out. But we handed over the working product! The charge lasted 35 minutes. It is unclear at what stage the battery has worn out. They gave us a vacuum cleaner, it is not subject to warranty, although the warranty is until December 15th. Where to look for the guilty???

We had to call him again to arrange the purchase of the laptop itself. They could not explain in detail how the installment plan is drawn up, its terms and payments, and immediately sent it to the lending department. Already there, the girl explained all the details to us in detail. After we made the installment plan and paid for the laptop, we went to get it. The young man demonstrated that he was working and packed it. Upon arrival home, we found that no one had turned off the laptop, it continued to work for 3 hours and was severely overheated. It was saved by the fact that it had a low battery level. Disgusting service, disinterest in customers, inattention and unprofessionality

The disgusting work of the service center, we bought a robot vacuum cleaner, after 1.5 months of work, stopped sucking garbage into the container, went to the store where we bought it, after 2 weeks we received an SMS that we could pick it up. And what a surprise it was that they refused to repair us, as there was allegedly improper handling of the device. Explaining that the vacuum cleaner is 1.5 months old and that it has not been used except for dry cleaning did not help. It feels like we just unsubscribed and that's it...

The store's consultants can't tell you anything about the product!!! There is no attitude towards customers!!!! All consultants stand in the same department and discuss their problems, in order to ask something, you need to run around the store and look for it, ask for it to come up (after a while, someone will bother to come up and reluctantly answer that all the information needs to be read on the price tag!!!). It's not clear why the consultants are in the store then???!!!

Today we came to buy a laptop for a 13-year-old child, we began to choose, Anastasia's consultant accompanied and gave recommendations, we chose a far from CHEAP one so that the child could study for the future, Anastasia offered an extended warranty for 3 years for 360 rubles, we agreed, the thing is not cheap, we decided, let it be, they issued us installment checks, they said, go to make out, but for now the wizard will turn on the laptop to check (the laptop came immediately with Windows installed). We issued an installment plan - we return, we were told to wait for 30 minutes, we wait for 30 minutes, an hour, two ... already out of boredom we just started sorting through the checks and ... we find the service "office software package" for 500 rubles!!! Which the child simply does not need - this is the time, and about which the consultant Anastasia did not say a word!!! We're starting to find out, Anastasia said she talked about it, although it's funny! How can a person not notice that he agrees to an additional service for 500 rubles??? We were dissatisfied with this attitude and abandoned the laptop altogether, we will buy it in another store where additional functions are not fraudulently introduced!

If you need to buy a vacuum cleaner or any kind of equipment, be sure to come here, because you will be offered to apply for PROTECTION + and this is the best solution in my life, since in case of a breakdown you will be told that this is not a warranty case. At the highest level, element 5 has only politeness, the rest is alas and ah. I will never buy anything from them again. Thanks for the robot vacuum cleaner.👎

I was very dissatisfied with the attitude of some specialists of the store at 64 Telman Street, in particular the complaints department. A replaceable water filter was purchased, it turned out to be defective (a dent in the cartridge itself) what I found when I came home, having literally passed 2 entrances, because I live nearby. I immediately returned, hoping for a successful solution to the issue. But I was told that this defect is not the fault of the store, but of the customer. But in order to make this dent, it takes a lot of effort. No one wanted to listen to me, neither the complaints specialist nor the contact center. Naturally, the issue was resolved in favor of the store. They sell low-quality goods that they don't want to change later! They don't value their customers! But the question remains open, I will contact the Consumer Protection Rights Department.

I stood at the service for more than 30 minutes while I waited for a specialist to accept the goods for repair under warranty!!! It's just terrible!!! Where is the store director or those responsible for recruitment looking!!! No one cares about anyone, everyone is dealing with their personal issues, but not their duties!!! A very sad experience of buying a TV((( So far, the price has increased by about 60 rubles from the seller through the installment plan to the cashier!!!! There was no price in the window, it was only in the warehouse (someone allegedly refused). I had to reissue the installment plan (((. I agreed to a more expensive price, I didn't really want to spoil the mood. But when I arrived home and turned on the new TV, I was even more surprised!!! After an hour of work, its lower part was hot, there was an unpleasant smell and a stripe at the bottom of the screen, visible in the photo ((( With very unpleasant feelings and mood, I'm going to visit the 5th element!!!

The next day, they contacted the main office in Minsk, after which calls began to find out the contract number, the delivery number, and said they would call back!
