We purchased goods in this store on 07/11/2024. The consultant quickly suggested where to find the goods, and also helped with the selection. The quality of the goods is good. Everything is in excellent condition. We bought an electric grinder, a bowl for a slow cooker, a power supply for a phone and so on for small things. The bowl for the slow cooker came up like a native one. The unit for the phone came up, charging is fast and without problems. The coffee grinder has not been tested in action yet. There was no queue at the checkout and we were immediately counted out.

On 12/28/24, we purchased a portable POLARIS PVCW 8090 vacuum cleaner. We were politely advised by a consultant (we don't remember the full name) and convinced by the quality of this vacuum cleaner, we were satisfied with everything. The consultant advised us to buy a universal floor cleaner from KARCHER, and we immediately purchased it along with a vacuum cleaner. After 8 months, the vacuum cleaner began to work incorrectly, it was given away under warranty, and another vacuum cleaner was not provided in return (during our absence). They said that we were giving it away for a warranty case, not for maintenance. The service center's response: Detergent entering the CLEAN water container. Not a warranty case. There is no manufacturing defect. As it turned out, detergent CANNOT be poured into the clean water compartment. The consultation on adding detergent went to our detriment, the vacuum cleaner has not yet been fully paid for. I do not recommend this store. Although a lot of household appliances had been purchased before this incident, there were no questions.

We ordered a camera on the website. The camera was needed for a trip on February 12th. When ordering on the website, there was information that the pickup was on February 11 from the store. By 4 o'clock, when the SMS did not arrive, we went to look for the order. It turns out that it was not only not delivered to 11, but only entered their warehouse. When the operators try to save the trip, they promise something, but they don't do anything. The request, which was left for three hours to contact the boss, seems to have been left, but there is no feedback. As a result, the trip was saved by the 21st century with good service, the camera was found and delivered better even than on the 5th element. I will never contact the service or this store in general again. The range is not the largest, prices are not the lowest, and customer support is zero.

Refused to turn on , was taken under warranty , the warranty was refused due to untimely care of the device. Here the situation is completely different) when buying a coffee machine, the consultants gave recommendations on the means of washing the machine that were bought right in the fifth element. Flushing was constantly at the request of the machine. Then the question is? Are they selling non-working tools? Or are the recommendations not correct? The product does not cost three kopecks. Still under warranty . But the guarantee is denied. I will never buy anything in this store again.

I do not recommend plus protection, because a vacuum cleaner + extended warranty + 2 years was purchased, the vacuum cleaner broke down after 2 years, which falls under the warranty (1+2=3 years), BUT IN FACT they said that this is a service warranty and no one will repair it, the question is WHY, then it is an "extended PLUS" . I recommend avoiding the extended warranty. It is better to buy in another store.

I bought a blender and a kettle cleaner here. Everything is fine, I was pleased with the bonus card for beginners, which gives 5p. (like so much) discount on the first order and accumulates further points for purchases. But the prices themselves are not particularly reasonable. In my opinion, the price tag for many products, including the same blenders, is too high. The staff was polite, the queues at the ticket offices were small.

02/16/2024 I bought an iPhone 15 in the 5 element store in the Mandarin Plaza shopping center in Gomel… The attitude towards the buyer is terrible, I ordered via the Internet with pickup.upon arrival at the pick-up point, a consultant was called to open and check the phone, I asked not to open it because I was buying for a gift ... the consultant replied to me that I was cunning, then I would bring the phone back and the seller would have to buy it for himself, I clarified that they could deliver it without opening, they answered categorically no, they took the phone and they sent me to the cashier to pay... the phone was given to a short girl to the seller for verification...I paid,returned to the girl and once again asked not to open it, the girl refused me, the only thing offered me to open it myself and adding that now they open it everywhere, she bought her phone in A1 and they opened it there too, I she clarified that if I took it for myself, then no problem, but as a gift for me ... the girl got very meticulous..I work in trade myself and I know what a related product is and what it needs to be offered, but not like that ... sorry, I was offered an extended warranty 4 times, with the words that I would break my phone and I would have to go through 300 circles of Hell so that the fifth element would take it back... the mood dropped, she opened the phone ...she showed that it turns on and that's the end of the check, to my question about further checking since it is so necessary (speakers there / microphone)I was told that they do not check it because they need the Internet and a long setup ... then I do not know what the point of checking is.in July, I bought for myself through the 21st century.they brought it and gave it away without opening it and no problems ... in general, they gave me the phone, but the mood was spoiled ... and as a gift did not go, the person thought that the phone was used. Today, on 12/26/23, we arrived at the 5th element, which is located in Mandarin, to buy a meat grinder.(we decided to give it to grandma for Ng).Immediately, a consultant girl came up to us with a not very happy face.When I found out that we needed a budget option, my face became even more gloomy, trying to sell us (in the truest sense of the word) a product that is an order of magnitude more expensive than the amount we expected.On top of everything, she clearly had a cold (runny nose, cough).Well, that's okay, anything can happen. I told her, now I'll read the reviews and think about it, she snorted something and went next to the standing consultant, discussing me, as there were obvious grins, glances...To which I asked:- What's the matter?...To be honest, it's not the first time I've come across a similar situation in this store, where they try to sell you don't understand what....But to brazenly stand and discuss the client, this is clearly not the right. If you don't like the job, go find another one. It really upset me, I was even more disappointed in this store, or rather in the people who work there.
