I would like to express my gratitude for the POLARIS hair dryer, which I received as a gift from my husband. I bought a discounted blender that had a slight crack on the handle. I used it for 2 weeks after which the sleeve remained in the blender and now it cannot connect to the nozzles and does not work from the word at all. I bought it for 130 rubles)) After that, I handed it over under warranty for a month, I expected a return with a repair. But that's all this desk has done. I pasted a sticker that the temporary mode of operation was violated and therefore it broke down, not a warranty case, alas. I turned on the blender for 2 minutes at most. And these pseudo-specialists did not touch a finger to find out what was the matter, in general, this is not the first time I have encountered a marriage in an element. the main thing for sellers is to sell more expensive. they cram in unnecessary services. they sold an additional warranty and did not say that the installation is not included in it. and they took another 45 rubles for the installation. if the seller explained that the connection is not included in the amount and that it has nothing to do with the warranty, then they would definitely take it and connect it themselves. sellers need to learn how to talk to customers and tell them everything in detail.
