Mom bought a phone yesterday, because the old one broke down suddenly, and I work in another city, she went by herself. I chose the model and suggested it, instructed it not to agree to any additional guarantees and services. As a result: she strayed from the additional warranty without any problems (although they were very insistently offered); the case was given to her (at the same time they did not even say that there is a case in the kit, in a box with documents !!!). She also bought glass (she kindly refused the service of gluing glass at a cost, as well as the glass itself). My mother refused the kind offer to set up the phone, but the consultant was very persistent, explaining that she could almost live without them. Mom held on tenaciously and did not give in. The consultant printed out a separate receipt for each product and sent it to the cashier to pay for it. Standing in line, mom reviewed all the receipts in her hands and to her surprise found a receipt for setting up a phone for 78 RUBLES!! I didn't swear at anyone, because I have it like that, I just crumpled it up and threw it away. And at home, my 12-year-old sister set up her Google account, pasted glass, downloaded all the necessary applications and copied contacts. Be vigilant, take care of yourself and your loved ones.

Disgusting warranty service, after buying the kettle, it stopped working after 5 days, the store refused to change it, sent for repair ten days later, the answer came allegedly the kettle works without defects, after five days of use, the story repeated, filmed how the kettle did not work or it needed to be turned on for five minutes, went to the store and asked for it to be returned money, in response, the manager and the seller only laughed and said that these were my problems and we would not return the money and send it back for repair, and the video that blurs the fact that it does not work does not interest anyone, but the kettle lives its own life.

A couple of days ago at 11 (!) pm they arrived and took them for warranty service, they have been saying for 2 days that they are about to bring them in 1.5 hours, and now they do not pick up the phone at all. The coffee machine is great, but here's the service and extras. The warranty is useless.

I haven't visited this store for five years, and on Saturday I was eager to make a purchase, the prices were at the checkout... 169p and 239p... Yesterday I went, there was already no price of 239p. They gave me the wrong thing... Yes, there were also some two 5.60 key chains in the receipt. Not only did I not need them for nothing, so they did not give them to me at all. Today I went to sort it out... They looked at me like a fool, everyone came together... I kind of hid the key chains... So I only saw at home in the receipt that they should be... That's just me thinking, why do I need them at all??? Today they exchanged the goods for me, but they also told me to pay 10p extra... While they were writing out some papers and when they came to the cash register, it already turned out that I had to pay 40p extra. A complete scam! And as a result: the price was 239p at the checkout on Saturday...and for me, the whole purchase cost 323p 90k yesterday + 40p today. I won't set foot in this store again!!! Take care of your money and nerves!
