They called an hour before the delivery. The refrigerator was brought into the apartment, and when I said that two old ones had to be taken out of the kitchen, they told me that the old refrigerators should have been in the hallway and offered to call VTI. This disrupted my plans, especially since I was offered the service of taking out old refrigerators at the store. The lid from the refrigerator packaging was left on the ground floor near the elevator without saying anything. There is a slight residue from the range of services provided by our stores.
