Good afternoon, today the Beko refrigerator was delivered. When buying the refrigerator, the delivery service was paid for, and it was agreed that two old refrigerators would be picked up. They called an hour before the delivery. The refrigerator was brought into the apartment, and when I said that two old ones had to be taken out of the kitchen, they told me that the old refrigerators should have been in the hallway and offered to call VTI. This disrupted my plans, especially since I was offered the service of taking out old refrigerators at the store. The lid from the refrigerator packaging was left on the ground floor near the elevator without saying anything. There is a slight residue from the range of services provided by our stores.

Sometimes you have to wait for someone to get free, and not for 10 minutes. As a client, this is not always convenient for me. Therefore, 4 stars. And yes, I would like to expand the range too.

People, don't listen to consultants and don't trust their arguments 100%. My husband came to buy a TV by choosing a model in advance, the consultants started telling me how bad it was that there was no YouTube in Yandex Basic, and in general you couldn't watch anything except KinoPoisk, they said the subscription costs a lot of money, although in fact we pay 15 rubles per month for a subscription. Based on the consultant's words, my husband decided to buy a TCL TV, because many of our friends have such a TV and there are no complaints about the work, but the consultant began to say that there would be interruptions in work, it was wildly hanging and everything like that.I started offering more expensive models, but worse in functionality than the ones we chose. In the end, we chose Yandex Basic and we can't get enough of it.

Even with an almost empty room, you need to look for an employee, and if you find that communication is structured as if you did not come to eat anything, but begged to give it for free, you are also looking for cashiers yourself, it is easier to calculate yourself and go, there is clearly a need for a self-service checkout. We need to work with the store manager, I think it all starts with him. Sales here are suffering a lot because of the staff. The service, as usual, wrote a stupid unsubscription and that's it, I hoped that we would still come to a compromise with the administrator, oh, how I hoped it would be a man! They say it will be easier to talk and explain to him.... But at the moment of communication, of course, I realized that I would have explained it faster to a woman) Regarding the warranty and refund, the store has a very big problem with this, they just clog up on visible defects, and unfortunately I'm not the only one who has encountered this. But most of all, of course, the question is to the incomprehensible administrator, why me!? The client! I have to explain that I have the right to write a complaint to the store, I have to look for something and show it to the person, it's very sad. The most disgusting!!!!!!!! the store where I bought something.On October 15, 2024, she purchased an oven, a dishwasher and a hob.Firstly, there is an additional knock.the door is broken, secondly, by cooking in the oven 3!!!!different dishes on the top/bottom mode, none were cooked the way they should be.The top is already black, and the bottom looks like it wasn't in the oven. I bought 15, brought 19, and on November 8 this miracle oven was taken away for inspection.Yesterday (11/14/2024) they called and said that there were no defects.The store refers to an independent examination.So take this miracle oven for yourself and use it, but I don't need it for nothing.To pay 2054.37rubles for it and to finish cooking in an old oven is a complete trash.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE FROM THE WORD AT ALL!!!!!!0 stars.And reviews from other people also say that

I bought a Samsung s22 phone in this store. after a month, it stopped charging. I gave it under warranty for repair. As a result, the repair was refused, citing the fact that this is not a warranty case and advised to repair it under warranty at the official service center in Brest on Masherov. It turned out that the Samsung products of this store are not covered by the warranty of the official service center, as they were brought according to gray schemes. That's what the service center said. Result : I repair the warranty phone for my own .

Yesterday, 09/15/2023, at about 13.15 we arrived to buy a freezer for 5 cameras. While we were looking, no one came up to us, after a while a consultant looked out from behind the refrigerators and asked what we wanted. When asked about a 5-chamber freezer, he said that there are no such things on sale. When I asked if he could tell me which of the 5 element stores they are in stock, he replied that we should search on the site OURSELVES. We left at 5 a.m. at the Euroopt shopping center, bought the last freezer from the warehouse. At the same time, the consultant said that there were 3 such freezers in stock at the Korona shopping center. It is still terribly unpleasant for such an attitude, as if the consultant at the Korona shopping center was simply too lazy to work with us and had more important things to do than perform his direct duties. It is not clear why he was not interested in selling.We encountered this for the first time, before that there was always good service.

The accumulation of points has a rather interesting system: they are credited when you don't know, they burn out quickly. It's convenient if you use the same card with all your friends, maybe someone will get something cheaper. You can safely go if you know exactly what you want.

The store is like a store , but how do they evaporate the horror here , then the batteries in the remote control are three times expensive , then the kettle is not needed , a specific example came for a simple kettle , chose well , yes , inexpensive but at work there is enough boiling water to cook so what is sold ? Terrible store! I do not recommend it! They were supposed to deliver a gift to their parents for the New Year on December 30-31! They called and said that there would be no delivery, it was postponed to January 4th! It's a shame that relatives will be left without a gift for the holiday :(
