If the product is on stock, then you probably won't find it cheaper. Consultants don't hang on you, as they used to, but ask if you need help and if you refuse, they leave. I buy kitchen utensils only in this store, an honest guarantee, I am glad that TVS products are available at reasonable prices. I will not list the list of everything that is sold in the store, and everyone knows it anyway.

We bought a BEKO washing machine, and after half a year it began to leave stains on clothes. They gave away 5 items for repair, but they magically found nothing. Almost all the things are ruined, and when asked what to do if they were to repeat it, they replied that they would give it back for examination. Should I wash it with my hands? There are no complaints about the store. There is a big question about the work of the service department. I gave the printer, bought two months ago, under warranty. They kept it for almost two weeks and wrote 'not repairing' on the box. No act of examination was attached. I had to repair it for my own money from the service. The service staff said that the breakdown belongs to the warranty. I would like to have a more human attitude towards customers, namely, warranty and service.

It couldn't be worse. I had to deal with the repair of the washing machine under the program "protection plus". That's how they praise her in the store, but, as it turned out, all her advantages end exactly at the moment when you have to use her. The replacement fund, which was promised to be delivered within 3 days, came to me after 9, all my calls, questions were answered, they were not in stock, as they arrive, so they will arrive. To my objection that, according to resolution 778 on consumer protection, a replacement fund must be provided within 3 days, they replied that they did not obey this resolution, they had their own contract, which did not specify the time frame. As a result, the replacement fund arrived, I was glad that at least it came, but the story did not end there. We turn the car around, and there is no water supply rod included with it. And it would have been all right if, when I took my car for repair, they hadn't told me that all the hoses, instructions, etc. should leave with her. Further more interesting, the acceptance and transfer certificate in the package indicates that there is a hose. They answered my call to the store that they should have kept their own. When asked why it is in the act, they tried to say that this is a common package, once it was, now it is not, that they do not rewrite anything, and so on. Although the act is in my name and there is a footnote at the bottom that I am obliged to return the car to them with all the components specified in the act. I asked to bring a hose, the answer is: "we have provided you with a fund." I asked who else I could discuss this issue with, they answered me verbatim: "275 call if you want to talk"! I got through to number 275, and to my surprise, I was told that the replacement fund, if not in stock, should have been delivered within 3 days, and the hose with the car should be, if specified in the act. I was offered to submit a request to the store, but I no longer have the desire to communicate with those employees. I will buy a hose to make it faster, but the impression of the store and its employees is spoiled.

The TV was put into repair according to the PRS, there were white lights all over the screen. Returned from repair after 3 weeks, they said they had replaced the backlight of the screen. The act of work done was not provided, after checking the TV, the white lights remained. After contacting the store, an answer was given:Do these stains bother you??? You will have to give the TV back to the service center. A mess in a word, they repair the equipment every other time!

A great store in one of the largest shopping malls. We bought more than one piece of equipment there. A couple of times I had to change to a similar one under warranty due to some kind of malfunction. Everything was always easy and stress-free. So I recommend it. That's just the trouble with parking. And it will be even worse when all the points of sale in the district start working and people will trample here!

I want to leave a negative review. On March 24, a Samsung QE50LSO3AAUXRU TV was purchased in your store. We wanted a TV with a voice assistant. That's what we told the seller when we bought it. He offered us this model, but did not warn us that the voice control is in English! The next day we tried to exchange this TV for another model with voice control in Russian. To which we were told it is impossible! Why didn't the staff warn you about this in advance? If sellers don't know all the information about the product they are selling! So why are they working there then? I used to enjoy shopping at this store. Now there is no desire to buy there!

I bought quite expensive wireless headphones for my phone, but a couple of days later I noticed a trust in the left earphone. I brought them and sent them to the service center on October 20th, and on the 27th the service finished working with them. The headphones were given away on November 13. Bottom line: the service has done nothing, the earphone is still cracking. I highly recommend NOT buying anything in this store.

We were convinced that if you do not use the guarantee, you will be refunded the entire amount in cash. If the consumer discovers defects in the product and submits a request for the replacement of such goods, the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative) is obliged to replace such goods immediately, and if additional quality control of such goods is required by the seller (manufacturer, supplier, representative), replace it within fourteen days from the date of presentation of the specified requirement. Moreover, he provided a video about the incorrect operation of this smart set-top box, as a result, this device was sent for examination and told to wait 14 days. The staff does not value the time of their customers... rating 2, is it really so difficult to replace it with a quality product??????
