We bought a dishwasher and a washing machine in this store. The store is large and spacious. The assortment is not bad, there are no some items, but there is always a website and you can order. But the sellers are very annoying about the extended warranty (most likely this is their kpi for the premium). They took the so-called extended service package to the dishwasher. Once every six months, a person comes (on our call) and puts a cleaning tablet in the dishwasher))) We made sure once again that the extended packages are bullshit.

I recently bought a new refrigerator and got a consultation with Artyom. From the very beginning of the conversation, he made a great impression on me. Artyom was very polite and attentive, listened to all my needs and wishes. He asked the right questions about how much volume I needed, what features were important, and what my price range was.

The only nice girl was who helped with the documents for the 2-star installment plan only in her favor.
The hall administrator with her extended insurance just raped me so that I could buy it. She told me all sorts of nonsense for 5 minutes and already told me a joke at the end, and I immediately said I was not interested, I understand that they need to sell it, but this disgusting attitude towards the buyer is so aggressive.
Then, after installing windows, they reproached me for not wanting to install it from them. It's none of your business why I don't want to install it and where I will install it, I don't have to report and justify myself.
I JUST WANT TO COME AND BUY OR TAKE THE GOODS IN INSTALLMENTS CALMLY, WITHOUT AGGRESSIVE MARKETING IN MY DIRECTION FROM THE STORE STAFF.
The first time I was SO pressured with the purchase of extended insurance and the installation of Windows.
And before that, I bought a lot of goods and there was no pressure, I said no, thank you and that's it, but then they attacked me and prevented me from making out installments with their stories that I definitely need to buy it.
