Everything is terribly slow when issuing orders. I spent about 30 minutes in the store to pick up one small item. I talked to two employees, both of them can't talk properly - they're barely audible, mumbling under their breath

I can't imagine how it is possible for so many years of network operation not to gain experience in effective customer service. I ordered a tablet. I came to pick it up an hour after the store opened. There are more employees than there are visitors. There is no queue for the delivery of the goods. I was there for almost 30 minutes!!! Sometimes it wasn't there, then it came, and again it had to be checked all over again. There was a mouse going to the tablet. They spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if she should go to him or not. As a result, they told me to come back later. Has left. They called me a week and a half later and told me to pick up the mouse. To go to this Magvzin again, to waste time. And again 30 minutes!!! They couldn't find the mouse at first, and then they gathered a whole council to decide how to arrange it. I haven't ordered anything here for a long time and now I remember why. But it only got worse.

I rarely write reviews, but here I really want to thank consultant Alexander. I came with zero understanding of what to take, there are a million washing machines, everyone is similar. But the consultant did not just list the characteristics, but began with questions.: how many people are in the family, which modes are important, noise is critical or not. And so, out of the many options, we chose the model that suits me. A person doesn't just work out a shift, but really tries to help make the right choice. Respect to the store for such employees!

At the weekend, we finally looked into the 5th element, we haven't been there since it opened. We are currently doing repairs and want to update the appliances in the kitchen, we need a hob, an extractor hood and a refrigerator, we stopped by to see what was what. I liked this point. The area is large, spacious, a huge assortment, there is a lot to choose from, the consultants told everything according to the models. We'll definitely come back here when we take the equipment.

We bought an Honor Pad 10 tablet for our daughter on 08/08/2025. There was a gift for the tablet - headphones. The managers forgot to write out a receipt for the gift, and as a result, they had to make a refund to the card in order to receive the gift they were due. The girl at the checkout assured that the refund will take a couple of minutes. As a result, we spent an hour of time and came out with nothing. I highly do not recommend this place for shopping.
