In November 2025, we purchased a robot vacuum cleaner and plus protection for it, and no points were awarded. The cashiers shrug their hands at all the questions and smile absurdly, saying they don't know and it's not their problem, there's a lot of confusion, although these are their questions in a good way and they should solve them. It's nice to see and choose a product, and then there's no one to deal with these purchases in case of a breakdown. And there's no one to ask.

I settled on a tablet for 900 rubles plus a protective glass of 80 rubles (I'm rounding up the amounts).She warned me that I would pay with two cards plus cash and that I was not sure if I would be able to pay since one of the cards was a foreign bank card. they wrote me two checks for 80 and 900 rubles . I came to the cashier. I planned to withdraw 400 b.p. from a foreign bank card. from the second card, 540 b.p. and give the rest in cash. as a result, due to the high interest rate, only 350 BPS can be withdrawn from a foreign bank card. After calculating, I realize that I do not have enough for a safety glass and inform the cashier about this. it was only necessary to withdraw 80 rubles less from the second card. but the cashier instead makes a refund to a foreign bank card, in two installments. naturally, money is not returned to the card instantly (and it is not known if it will return at all), I am left without a tablet and without 350 bps. All the customers were swearing at the cash registers, too, I think I was not the only one who was so unlucky. The consultants were also surprised by the situation and said that this was already a complaint against the cashier. as a result, the day is ruined, the child is upset, there is no tablet, there is no money. I'm not going there anymore.

At the same time, all 3 times that I ordered, the drivers come impudent, boorish. The conclusion is that the store is good, but think about it before ordering something big. Or at least do not pay for the order in advance, as I did, so that you can refuse the product in such a situation and let them take it back. One star to attract the attention of the store's quality service, since no one is going to compensate me for the 100 rubles I spent additionally on calling two movers who brought this washing machine in 2 minutes. For the range and prices, a solid 4 should have been set.

When connecting the washing machine to the mains and trying to start it, it immediately knocked out an error and a complete failure of the equipment. When trying to somehow build a dialogue about the return or replacement of goods, he was sent to deal with his problems himself in a polite manner. We have a lot of wet, unwashed things left after the old washing machine, plus a lot more accumulated, after all, two small children. But they are not interested in this in any way, let the service center make a conclusion (according to the law, up to 14 days) with him and come and wash yourself how and with what you want, but we will not refund the money. So think about whether it's worth buying something in this store, or whether it's better to take it from others.

I began to analyze some positions and came to the conclusion that the store, taking advantage of its position in the market, its monopoly, allows itself to literally rob, just brazenly rob people, unreasonably inflating prices for goods that, in principle, are not worth such money!!! Therefore, when going to the 5th element for shopping, analyze it 100 times, look for other options, do not allow yourself to earn money brazenly!!! This is a complete disrespect to the consumer, let them focus on installments, which they give out to everyone there, just to take the goods, but think, or better calculate how much both the store and the bank will earn for you, maybe it's better to collect the necessary amount and buy the goods cheaper, installments after all is how to pee in winter, It's warm right away, and then... but!!!
