And yes, do not understand which service center engineer will issue an UNMOTIVATED conclusion that this is not a warranty case, how, why and based on what - it's up to you to guess. Do not take an extended warranty, it is better to leave money to file a claim for the protection of your consumer rights. P.S. in Russia, these issues are solved with much more attention to the interests of the buyer

The store's assortment is certainly good, but its consultants need to be sent to multi-hour customer service courses. I stood by the MFP for 10 minutes, which I needed, but no one came up to me. The consultants were huddled a couple of meters away, cheerfully discussing pressing life problems, they didn't care about the visitors...For comparison, I want to admire the consultants of the "5th element" in the Green City shopping center - an ideally professional approach to work, they will always send you a consultant who is deeply versed in the product you are interested in.
