I advise consultants and "promoters" to take courses in sales (not aggressive), as well as to delve a little into the technical characteristics of models, even those that are not so profitable for them to sell. They just threw an order slip at me for refusing insurance. I really love the 5th element for its low prices and wide range of equipment, but after visiting the store, I immediately lose the desire to contact the service in the future. I hope that the people who work here will begin to take into account the wishes of customers and advise the equipment according to their preferences.

I regularly shop on the 5 Element network. Six months ago, I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner with the Protection+ program. The sales consultant emphasized that any mechanical damage will be repaired under the manufacturer's warranty within 1 year from the date of purchase. The vacuum cleaner got stuck and the top glass cracked. I contacted the customer service for repairs. It was refused on the grounds of "this is a cosmetic issue." When it takes a long time to figure out "Why? How?" - the store just shrugged their shoulders and said to repair at their own expense. In response to the complaint, the answer was received - "the fact of unreliability of the information received has not been revealed." Excellent result Also, the "protection +" program was purchased for a vertical vacuum cleaner and a dishwasher, WHICH was terrible. I will not buy anything, I will not recommend the network, because the service is at a "high" level, the main thing is to pay. If you buy it, then only when recording a conversation, because then you won't prove anything at all and you'll also be guilty. Have a good shopping experience

The consultants were huddled a couple of meters away, cheerfully discussing pressing life problems, they didn't care about the visitors...For comparison, I want to admire the consultants of the "5th element" in the Green City shopping center - an ideally professional approach to work, they will always send you a consultant who is deeply versed in the product you are interested in.

Sellers are not as friendly as possible, they try to impose additional products that are not needed (5 times I said that it is not necessary). I face such a problem not only in this store, but in stores throughout the network. If you already offer, then you do it beautifully, and not "you don't understand anything, you won't do that." You can buy small things, large household appliances, laptops, etc. - I do not advise, they will impose a lot of additional sales for not a little money, also in installments with overpayment)

It's not big, and it doesn't play a special role for me, the main thing is that it works, but there is a sediment. It turns out that everything in the box cannot be trusted. Plus, the warranty seal was broken, which is strange, since the product is new, but it feels like it was already in use.

Consultants - it would be better if they did not exist, it is much more productive to figure out what you need and just buy yourself, since apart from sniffing what is more profitable for them to sell, they do nothing at all from the word. I did so, they offered to move the goods to make sure of some details. But it was issued as an order, but okay, half the trouble. I was satisfied with everything and decided to buy it in installments. As it turned out, this moved product is already a product from a store where you have to pay 19 rubles for delivery. And installments are given under a loan agreement. When I got home, I found in the online store that the delivery is free for online orders. And no one in the store even said that, for obvious reasons, to snatch at least some pennies. But because of these pennies, you completely discouraged the desire to purchase equipment in your stores in the future.

And yes, do not understand which service center engineer will issue an UNMOTIVATED conclusion that this is not a warranty case, how, why and based on what - it's up to you to guess. Do not take an extended warranty, it is better to leave money to file a claim for the protection of your consumer rights. P.S. in Russia, these issues are solved with much more attention to the interests of the buyer

If you sell a low-quality product, please be responsible for it as soon as possible! Why do the masters arrive so late? But because there are a lot of low-quality goods that can not cope. Moreover (for a moment!) - this is not a Polaris electric kettle and even let it) I come to the store, at the checkout I inform you about the product purchased yesterday and say that I would like to receive a warranty document for it. The cashier at the checkout answers me, go to the seller of computer equipment. I'm spinning in my head where to look for him)) Yesterday, I picked up the headphones at the pick-up point for pre-order and did not see the seller of computer equipment in person. I persistently tell the cashier, let the seller come himself. OK, they brought it)) During this time, a "herd" of employees gathered around me, I apologize for my Russian, but there is no other way to call it. Yes, before that they were all standing in the checkout area, examining me from head to toe, as if I had come to their house to ask for a piece of bread))) I am interested in the seller of computer equipment, why not immediately issue a warranty when buying the product, to which I received silence in response. The collective standing next to him continued to squint further. In general, I'll get over it. In conclusion, I want to write: let each of the employees put themselves in my place, what would they do? Well, no one canceled the etiquette of customer service.
