Great Gym. One of the best in Moscow for sure. Good selection of equipment and machines from "Hammer strength" plus some more under their own brand. Two floors, spacious. Downstairs is the lobby area with a small Gym restaurant (protein shakes, Chicken/rice etc), locker rooms with pleasant showers. First floor contains the crossfitness, private rooms for yoga & group classes as well as the arena for fight sports (boxing/mma) Second floor is the main Gym for me. The wights, the iron as well as bikes, treadmills, elipses,etc with great wall to ceiling windows and view of Moscow Citi. Spacious and comfortable ventilation. The staff is great, friendly and positive, thos goes for the PT's too. Highly recommended. The only negative to say is I want even more equipment😁 but don't get me wrong, they have all the basics and some more. It's considered one if the biggest Gyms in Moscow. The price accordingly ..but they cheaper than several of the competitors. 1500 rub for a single work out, and approx. 6000 for a month free access.

Хороший спортзал с очень удобным расписанием — зал открыт уже с 7 утра, а тренировки начинаются в 7:30, что отлично подходит для тех, кто любит заниматься рано утром. Тренеры душевные, всегда помогут и поддержат. Инвентарь разнообразный, много разных тренажеров, есть всё для полноценной тренировки. Зал двухэтажный, чистый и просторный. Очень удобно, что здесь выдают полотенца — это большой плюс. Отдельно хочется отметить мальчиков на ресепшене — всегда доброжелательные и приветливые. Рекомендую этот спортзал для всех, кто ценит комфорт и качественное обслуживание!

Удобно для тех, кто работает или живет рядом. Есть отличные тренеры (естественно, не все), хороший инвентарь, постоянно следят за исправностью. Из минусов - в часы пик очень бользая загрузка в зале, к некоторым тренажерам очередь. На втором этаже не могут починить забившуюся раковину очень долго....
