We bought a phone. They got an additional paid warranty (they say 80% of the cost is refunded in case of a serious breakdown) . As a result, the screen was replaced under the usual warranty. The phone suddenly stopped turning on. They delivered it. We waited for 3 weeks, and the answer came that the screen was not original, even though there was not a word about the screen in the application. It wasn't even disassembled. No one gave 80%, as there is no conclusion. It makes sense to take out paid insurance and talk nonsense if everything is like that. They changed the screen themselves.... Why should I answer that it's not original..... Why do these insurance policies if they don't want to do anything?

Everything is the same as everywhere else and any product can be ordered to be brought to this store) The only annoying thing is when buyers are constantly pushing an extended warranty! I said no , it 's unnecessary!no, they'll still talk about how their TV sets are burning and turning blue)although the same TV is initially recommended) I've heard the same story four times there. ))))))))))))
