I have never met such unqualified consultants in my life, they bought a refrigerator, a washing machine and a dryer, they said all their wishes for the product, they chose everything, the refrigerator was not available, they said you can order from the warehouse, 6 times the consultant could not write checks, then the washing machine was gray, and the dryer was white, he could not after a long time, we placed an order in installments, by mistake, the store placed two dryers instead of one, you can only refuse upon delivery, since if you reissue the order, the bank no longer approves, as a result, we are waiting for delivery, the courier calls in the morning and clarifies, but you definitely need 4 dryers, the question is what? it already turns out that we have 4 of them in delivery, and here the most interesting thing is, I unpack the dryer and the washing machine, but they are different, the washing machine is 15 cm smaller than the dryer, they are of different design, I think it is logical when you buy such equipment, it is installed in a column, and it must be identical, that in size, that with by design, it was stipulated to the consultant that they should be completely the same, but as if this was at least his job, and he could clarify, they bring in the refrigerator, and it's even the wrong company and built-in, great, the consultant decided what we needed, as a result, we refuse the entire order, we start calling support we tell the whole situation, they transfer us to the store, and then they tell us, the consultant told you that the refrigerator was not available and offered another one, but that it did not suit us and we needed a regular refrigerator, not a built-in one, he apparently forgot about the washing machine and dryer, the consultant simply said, that we didn't tell him anything was very convenient, as a result, everything the store offered was to re-place the order, and the fact that the bank did not approve the installment plan was no longer their problem, it was convenient, as a result, they bought a refrigerator in the 21st century for cash, it turned out to be cheaper there, they didn't even bring it the next day!!! no problems , the washing machine and dryer were arranged in installments with our additional payment in cash, they were also not in stock. We wait three more days until they bring them to the store, we go to arrange, they offer delivery on the next day, and after a couple of hours they call and say, oh, we have all the cars occupied, we will bring them in three days, thank you so much for the quality of service and service, I do not recommend this store to anyone, the mood is spoiled, time is wasted, spoiled food is in the trash

It so happens that the equipment can break down, this happened in my case with the iron. We came back from vacation and it started, in principle, as it probably does for everyone, washing everything and then ironing accordingly. So the iron couldn't stand it. I went to the 5th element website, ordered a suitable model, placed an order, received an SMS confirming the order and delivery time from 17.00-20.00. Nothing seemed to portend any nuances. The day and time of delivery have arrived, but there is still no courier. I called the phone number at 5 p.m. around 7:45 p.m. to make sure that they hadn't forgotten about me. On the other end of the line, I was convincingly assured that the courier had received the goods and was slightly delayed. At 21.00, a call is made to my mobile phone and I am confronted with the fact that some kind of malfunction allegedly occurred and the courier did not even pick up my order for delivery, although at 19.45 an employee of the 5th element told me the opposite. As a result, my family and I were left without the iron we ordered and with a mountain of un-ironed clothes, which puts an end to the plans for the next day. From all of the above, there is only one conclusion that further reliance on this organization should not be taken away from the word at all. My family and I were left hostage to the complete LACK of professionalism of the staff, and therefore of the organization as a whole. Before trusting the 5th element with its delivery, it's worth thinking very hard, maybe it's better to turn to real professionals in their field...

ассортимент маленький, покупал наушники. Консультант предложил не вскрывать , тк наушники были в подарок. После вскрытия коробки обнаружил, что одни наушники были упакованы в защитную пленку, чего не было на вторых.Так же на вторых присутствовал люфт крышки кейса, чего не было на наушниках, которые были в пленке. Наушники были полностью идентичны. Итог - продали бу товар под видом нового , за полную стоимость. По функционалу наушников претензий нет, но все равно ситуация не приятная

В итоге (покупать не собиралась),я вышла из магазина с телевизором. Продавцы ненавязчиво, квалифицировано порекомендовали мне другую модель. Рассказали, показали преимущества модели. Посоветовали подписаться на мегого на месте, что я и сделала. Мне бы долго пришлось разбираться самостоятельно, купив телевизор в интернет магазине. Магазин предоставляет техническую поддержку и сервисное обслуживание - я уже несколько раз заходила, уточняла работу с мегого и каждый раз мне все разъясняли терпеливо. Я очень довольна, спасибо - исчезла головная боль выбора. Персоналу пять звёзд! Четыре звезды за ассортимент всех товаров - видно площадь не позволяет. По поводу парковки - напротив два больших паркинга. Успехов в Новом Году!
