We bought a kiwi TV with plus protection in this store, brought it home, turned it on, only YouTube works, and sometimes it's not always okay, sometimes the image is in pixels, the netflix application that was in the factory firmware shows pixels, KinoPoisk and the hall as well. They handed it over to the service , and in conclusion they wrote that the service is not responsible for the operation of third - party applications . And according to the protection program, no one wanted to remant it to me for 200 rubles. They were given away for this protection just like that ..... I advise no one to buy anything here at all, much less take protection, etc. Pay the money, and there will be no repairs.I am attaching a photo of how the TV viewer works. I would like to leave a review about the store on Sovetskaya Street. So that other people don't be led by consultants who just sell the product and hang noodles on their ears. My mother turned to this store to buy a TV, they helped her choose a TV. And then they began to explain that the TV is flat and the sound in it will be bad and therefore it is necessary to purchase a speaker system for it. At the same time, please note, no one turned on the TV and showed what sound it was.But the beliefs of the seller of the "dilution" were so convincing that mom went and safely purchased it all. TV and speakers for the price of a TV! When we came to my mom's house to help install all this, we were just shocked by this acquisition. The TV was going great and the sound was great. Therefore, without taking out the speakers, they were taken immediately back to the store. In the store, of course, no one wanted to take anything from us. With great pleasure, they gave us a book of complaints and even told us which office we could go to the city executive committee and continue to complain. Which is also somehow very strange for employees?!It turns out that the bosses encourage this kind of "divorce" in the store, since the employees react so calmly to this and also advise themselves where to turn next. Never in my life would I advise anyone in this store to listen to sales consultants!!! They will lick you right away and tell you fairy tales, just to give you more goods, and then they will stand and haughtily say that these are your problems.

I was following a specific model, after listening to the preferences, I was offered to consider another model in the same price segment, but an order of magnitude better in terms of technical characteristics (I must note- very detailed and accessible (!) we explained the subtleties and features of both models, and demonstrated in practice a significant difference). I especially liked the lack of competition between consultants, because for a while I hesitated, I was offered to contact another consultant for additional services.an opinion I also want to mention the work of IT specialist Alexander - he glued a protective film, helped install the software, explained in detail how to use protection applications, and answered all questions. I was very pleased with the purchase, the professionalism and the attitude of the specialists. I hope the management will be able to convey my feedback to the staff and financially consolidate the joy of the quality of their work.

I always take the equipment here. A huge assortment, a discount system works (not as poor as in the electric car), it's a pity only up to 20 work. Absolutely incompetent staff. I usually study the product of interest online and order what suits me according to the characteristics. But twice I had the temerity to turn to "consultants", since the product was needed "here and now", and all two times I was faced with the amazing incompetence of the staff. Case 1: I needed a hair trimmer on a battery, it was bought as a gift day after day, to my question about the power supply method, the "consultant" replied that it works both from the mains and from the battery. Having already come home and studied the product in detail, I saw that it works only from the network, which fundamentally contradicts my request, immediately voiced to the "consultant". The product cannot be exchanged and returned, so 139 byn flew into the pipe. Case 2: I looked in to buy a water filter and a cartridge for it. I chose the jug with some help from a "consultant" (the help consisted in the words "I use this at home and advise you"), and I ask you to give me a cartridge for it. The girl takes a box with three cartridges from the counter and says that they will perfectly match my jug. After the purchase, having already unwrapped the goods at home, I saw that the cartridges had a completely different shape, and only a person who had not graduated from the 4th grade of the parish could confuse them. The package is opened, one cartridge out of three is in the water, so no one will refund me. 23 byn also flew into the tube. Conclusion: I do not advise contacting "consultants", I advise you to study the product yourself and buy what really suits you, otherwise you risk losing your hard-earned rubles to the income of a large soulless corporation.

I believe that the 5 element store chain does not deserve a single star. A Leader sewing machine was purchased in the city of Baranovichi, Korona shopping center, 5 element store. At home, they saw a malfunction in the line selection regulator (the wheel does not turn) On the same day, literally 2 hours after the purchase, they returned to the store. After complaining to the Expert, they heard the words "You don't have to tell me anything, I don't understand anything about it anyway." The question is, how do you hire employees? And, please, do not write a hackneyed phrase in the answer: "employees will receive additional training." Somehow I don't care what happens to them. After making sure that the regulator was really not working, the machine was sent to the "service center". Let me remind you that after the purchase, we did not use the sewing machine for its intended purpose even once. After 10 days, I received an SMS that the machine was ready for delivery. Answer: the machine is fully functional. But the line selection knob, as it did not spin, does not spin. Compared with the same typewriter in the window. The display case is fully operational. In the end, what do we get? The 5-element store sells equipment of inadequate quality. (factory defect). The service center does not see any malfunctions (is there even a service center? Or do you take the equipment to the warehouse to stand for a couple of days?) this is an opinion because this malfunction is immediately visible. They gave away the machine for protection +, although this is the manufacturer's fault and yours. The warranty has not been extended. The car left again for an indefinite period. LET ME REMIND YOU THAT THE MACHINE HAS NOT BEEN USED FOR ITS INTENDED PURPOSE SINCE THE MOMENT OF PURCHASE. I thought that in such a store, quality comes first, but I realized that it was better to buy goods at the market or at other sites. The nerves will be intact. How do you check the product before putting it on display? Why doesn't the consultant check the product before packing? Why do you give a guarantee for something you are not sure about? How has your network not been shut down yet? How beautifully sellers hang noodles on their ears before buying and how careless employees are after. In the plan: "what do you want? Yes, we also see a malfunction, but the service center... can't do anything to help. It's not our fault." I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE 5TH ELEMENT AS A STORE.
