Then I was told that a letter would be written to the customer loyalty service, since I did not agree with the conclusion. The service replied that it was impossible to determine at what point in time there was a violation of the integrity of the surface, so take the mattress and go (exaggerating). It turns out that it is impossible to determine, but the responsibility is only on the client, the seller is on the sidelines. The sailor was not used, the money was wasted, the impressions of loyalty leave much to be desired.
