I purchased a Polaris PVC 2031 vacuum cleaner on the "recommendation" of the seller in the Korzhenevsky Street store. Six months later, the 500-ruble vacuum cleaner stopped working because the filter was clogged there. They took me to the store under warranty, and I had it cleaned for three months...they gave it back and advised me to change the hepa filter, otherwise the vacuum cleaner will quickly clog up again. There are no such filters anywhere in the city, not even at Ozon and Wildberries. Before that, I always had other vacuum cleaners and had no problems. Don't be ashamed to give your customers all sorts of junk!!! As a matter of principle, I will not buy anything in this store, knowing how unscrupulous the sellers there are.

In order to purchase kitchen scissors rondel (250324) on the price tag, the product was at a discount, the price was 25p99 kopecks. Well, personally, I like to take it there, including because of the warranty service. It is easy to solve such issues with them. However, there was a case when koss headphones broke and my claims were not satisfied. allegedly, some kind of expertise established that there was improper operation. I think there was an extremely unfortunate design feature of the headphones. Naturally, because of the 30 rubles, I did not butt heads with them. I also ordered expensive things there - an oled TV and a laptop, they still work. I hope it will continue to be so. But because of the small headphones, the sediment, as they say, remained.

The packer is the only one who showed himself in this store with respect for the customer, and did his job without unnecessary questions and words. It felt like I was coming to the girls' house, distracting them from watching the Instagram and generally forcing them to work for free. Elizabeth's IT specialist attitude was extremely outraged! A customer is standing in front of her, she is on the phone. I asked, "Who are we waiting for?" and put my business on hold with a look of displeasure. I will not describe further, I will write too much. It feels like both of them have a crown on their heads! The sediment remained unpleasant. P.S.:as a result, the IT specialist didn't really transfer anything to the phone, I redid everything at home on my own, and they took the money for the work!!!
