I bought a washing machine + dryer + stand. The manager in the gym is a handsome man. The pricing policy is at zero: the installation of the complex (dryer + washing machine) is 240p, and the order separately is 210p. the logic is zero, so they still make claims that this is not possible. The paperclip that issues loans has zero staff levels. There is a large selection of goods, but if you buy with cash, then there is cheaper space.

The place where no one cares about you. I came to choose a robot vacuum cleaner, obsessively walked around and looked for a suitable model, but no one came up. I approached and asked if there were any available consultants, but they told me that everyone was busy. I waited another 15 minutes, realized that no one cared, and went to the first floor, where the right model was, they gave me excellent advice, and I bought it the same day. For some reason, this is not the first time when you come to choose household appliances at this point and face the constant absence of consultants. (There are no questions for smartphone consultants, they will always be suitable there)

Cheated with the Protection+ program!!! On 03/14/2022, a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner with the Protection + program was purchased, the manager assured that it was possible to change the battery if it failed, which was prescribed in the Protection + public agreement for 03/14/2022. Later, when problems with the supply of components began, changes were made to the public agreement and now nothing can be changed to Protect + for this vacuum cleaner. Just pay and forget it. Terrible attitude towards the client. No alternative solutions to the issue were proposed under the Protection+ agreement. We contacted the store, and by phone, and using the Protection+ application (there is a screenshot of the correspondence), they respond rudely and arrogantly. There is no question of any legitimate observance of the interests of the buyer's side, just a refusal and that's it. They left feedback on the 5 element store in the Castle, where the vacuum cleaner was purchased, in response they were very sorry that this happened and requested protection documents + to their mail 5@5element.by they promised to find alternative options and deceived me again (there is a response from their mail). The Protection + agreement is just a deception of the buyer, if you can make changes to it at any time and not comply with it.

The store in the Gallery Minsk shopping center is always some kind of misunderstanding precisely because of the grief of the employees. Well, they don't have any customer orientation at all. Indifference, laziness, sluggishness, slowness, absence from the workplace, lack of professionalism, heavy sighs and dissatisfaction with the request to tell or show the product. The impression is terrible and not for the first time.

But sales consultants are just something with something, as annoying as possible, to the point that you just want to say goodbye to them in rude words! They called about a specific issue, asked about the installment plan, whether it was necessary for 3 months to pass from the moment of employment, the seller said yes. We understood and said goodbye. Seller: what did you want to buy? We explain that we wanted to take such and such an item in installments, but since the conditions are not suitable, we do not need the product. They talked about it directly, agreed, and put down the phone.A minute later, the seller calls back, says, let's pick up the goods, we repeat once again that the conditions of the goods do not suit us, to which he again says, I understand, will we pick up the goods? It felt like it was some kind of joke. It rings for the 3rd time, I say directly-we don't need any goods, we don't need to call! But that didn't stop him.It rings 4 times-will we pick up the product? Just so you know, the salesman called even when I hung up.As unpleasant as possible, as disgusting as possible from the seller's communication. We approached the consultant, who was free, he explained that the fans were not his territory, that they would come to us now. But this never happened, the purchase simply could not be made. Do not skimp on staff, consultants are apparently not enough, this causes negative emotions among potential buyers and you deprive your store of sales.

Disgusting attitude after delivery of a crooked product. I'm not talking about this store, but in general the policy of the 5th element. We ordered a sledge for our son. The goods were delivered the next day. The courier asked to sign, the goods were taken away. At home, after unpacking, defects were found: "a dented arc and traces of a soldering curve." We contacted support, to which we received the answer: "the acceptance certificate has been signed, we will not change the product." PS: if we ordered tubing, then according to the store, the courier had to wait until we pumped it up, and then spend the night with us to check if it was going down? 09/10/2023 I bought an electric toothbrush in the Gallery store. Olesya, the seller, advised us. To say that an employee knows the product is to say nothing. I came for an Oral-b brush and the only request was that there be modes. The consultant said that there are modes, while searching for a long time with another employee for how long one discharge is enough. When they arrived home, they found on the box that there were no modes. Without using or opening the nozzles, we came to the store today to return the brush, but they refused us. I understand everything, but the product was not correctly consulted and the fault is not mine at all. If the employees do not know anything about the product, then what is the point of consultants in the store at all? I don't want to go back to this store for shopping anymore.

Hello. I bought a phone on 10.07.2023, the SIM card slot broke 3.10. 2023. They took the phone, identified a factory defect. I wrote for a refund. It turned out that the warranty is only a MONTH. Sellers do not inform about such a guarantee. I was refused a refund. I do not advise buying phones in this store. Not high-quality goods. The film was pasted badly, moved out. If I had initially been told about the warranty period of a month, I would not have bought in this store.

There was a sad case. LG No Frost refrigerator with Wi-Fi. The compressor flew out. The refrigerator is under extended warranty. Contacted the 5th element. The Master arrived a day later. I replaced the compressor, did the necessary flashing of the control, refilled the refrigerant. The result - the extended warranty works !!! thanks to the 5th element for your attention and efficiency. There were no problems in solving the issue !!! For several years, I promised myself never to order anything from this store. Recently I had to buy a TV. Unfortunately, element 5 had a stock TV with suitable specifications. KIVI 32F710KB. Remembering the previous experience, I did not want to order here, but the toad strangled me. I ordered it. A day later, the courier brought the TV, took it out of the box, and put it on the floor. I turned it on for ten seconds, said that there were no broken pixels and folded it back. A week later, I was going to hang it up and when I took it out, I saw scuffs on the screen. I immediately called the store, they listened to me there and said that a week had passed and they had nothing to do with it. The claim was answered briefly: "Good afternoon. You did not have any complaints about the quality and appearance when accepting the goods. The product was accepted by you unconditionally. There are no grounds for replacing the product." But how could I accept it with the courier if he quickly turned it on/off, packed it in a box and left. And there wasn't even a film on the screen. Only at the edges. I'll have to go to court. There is no other way with this office.

I bought a phone in June 2017, xiaomi Redmi note 4. Then there were discounts on them, specifically on the note 4. They put a note 4x in my note 4 box. Let me explain the difference: the phone that was described on the box had a snapdragon processor, but in fact it was mtk (weaker).
