However, the online warehouse was exactly what I was looking for. Logging into the mobile application, the consultant girl marked the desired model, and the very next day, after buying red-cheeked apples for my charlotte on the way, I came to the store for a mixer (it was delivered from the warehouse).. I liked the prompt and well-coordinated work at the checkout, as well as in the packaging and demonstration area.… However, there are nuances... along the way, I stopped by the department of large household appliances and invited a "bored" consultant to help me choose a hob and refrigerator. We moved on to the electronic scoreboard, where we began sorting and viewing the options on a huge screen ... It was felt that the guy was very stressed and burdened by this work.. His only question is, "Are you sure you're going to buy?" She threw me into confusion.. after a couple of minutes, I let him go, saying that I would continue the search myself, and he, with great relief, went behind the shelves with refrigerators to get bored further)) in my opinion, this is not acceptable behavior of a manager.. But in general, when shopping in this store, I am always satisfied with the choice I have made.

I bought a smart remote control from Yandex in this store. The order was placed through the online store. I arrived, paid, and picked it up. Upon arrival home, I realized that I had sold a used product, at the price of a new one! I take the remote out of the box, which was not packed at all (in cellophane or not covered with a sticker, so that I understand that no one climbed in there). The entire glossy part of the remote control is covered in small scratches, the back of the remote control has two large scratches, as if it were cut with a stationery knife. Cheated with the Protection+ program!!! On 03/14/2022, a Dyson V8 vacuum cleaner with the Protection + program was purchased, the manager assured that it was possible to change the battery if it failed, which was prescribed in the Protection + public agreement for 03/14/2022. In the future, when problems with the supply of components began, changes were made to the public agreement and now nothing can be changed to Protect + for this vacuum cleaner. Just pay and forget it. Terrible attitude towards the client. No alternative solutions to the issue under the Protection+ agreement were proposed. We contacted the store, and by phone, and using the Protection+ application (there is a screenshot of the correspondence), they respond rudely and arrogantly. There is no question of any legitimate observance of the interests of the buyer's side, just a refusal and that's it. The Protection + agreement is just a deception of the buyer, if you can make changes to it at any time and not comply with it.

Disgusting service, we came for a Samsung S24 256g phone. They could have considered something better, the seller did not offer anything. Instead of talking about the product and its capabilities, I listened only to the negative. Really, if I hadn't known about this phone, then after the conversation I wouldn't have bought it. In the end, I just said, can I have a phone and I'll go to the checkout? But it turns out not!!!! You can't buy this phone right away, it's on the reservation. I have to wait 30 minutes, walk around the center, and when I can buy, they will call me. Well, yes, while I was walking, I bought it in A1 quickly and without problems, after some time, I received an SMS saying that the goods could be picked up, but I was already happy with the new phone. I would like to say that you have competition. Management please note that your employees are doing everything to ensure that your product is not sold.

Terrible service, disrespect for customers. We decided to place an order, made a payment, and we were offered delivery from 2 to 6, or from 6 to 9 (approximately). We were persuaded to place an order, and under such delivery conditions we agreed. As a result, they call at seven-thirty and say: "Well, you won't get on the delivery list anymore, we'll deliver tomorrow at 10." The answer was logical: "Who told you that this time is right for me. I'm sorry, but return the money, I'm not satisfied with your work." The answer killed. Well, then in 1.5-2 weeks you will get your money back. The result: a canceled order, an unpleasant aftertaste from the store's work with customers and the search for a more customer-oriented store. However, no one has actually answered the questions that were asked earlier, but as far as the case is concerned, additional information has been provided. the service, then everyone woke up and started talking so furiously about this service. Next, the employee takes out the phone and shows the video from the ticker, that's what will happen to your car in half a year, if you do not take the service, it will simply break down, i.e. the dryer for 5 thousand rubles and the employee says that the car will stop working in half a year, so there are questions to the store. how can you sell a product that will simply stop working in half a year? Next, the question of delivery and installation, all the documents are ready, everything is paid and executed, the installation specialist is calling:- Will you have an equipment installation nearby? -No, the installation was paid for and placed in a column, the connecting element was purchased immediately in the order, -they placed the order incorrectly for you, call the store to resolve the issue. How many questions can there be at the purchase stage? The following question arises from the current situation: Is any of the stages of the sale of the service in your store established?
