Good afternoon. No matter what the purchase has been recently, the refund is under warranty, as a result, the problem is absolutely not solved, they write in the service "not a warranty case". It feels like they're buying obviously low-quality goods and selling them to people, and then they refuse to repair or change them. Yesterday, my wife and I bought a tcl 40s59k TV in installments. Seller Pavel searched for it in the warehouse for 15 minutes, eventually found it, but not our reserved TV. The cost of this program is 500 rubles, it has limited functionality, documents are poorly edited, and presentations are automatically deleted. When I filed a warranty claim, I heard that it was all my fault. Be vigilant, do not buy this application, be selective about what is downloaded to your laptop. I had to get rid of some other applications because the laptop was not working properly.

They made a replacement, but when asked to check the product, the employees of element 5 said that they had no water, the indicator was on, so everything was working! The day has come when you need to give a gift, she worked for a couple of minutes and that's it! The next day they brought it, to sort out the situation, they said to wait up to two weeks to check the goods. The holiday is ruined, the gift failed!

Terrible service. We bought a vertical vacuum cleaner. I worked for 3 months. The turbo brush started to make noise. They were taken to the garage for repairs . A week later, they issued a piece of paper, which is not a warranty case. You see, the hair is in the vacuum cleaner, it can't be there. Therefore, first go through another vacuum cleaner, collect all the hair from the floor, only then it is fashionable and with what you bought in the 5th element. Moreover, the service center did not even try to do anything , they just saw the hair. I don't advise anyone, I don't set foot in the 5th element anymore

My story is this: I bought a laptop a little over a year ago, complete with an add-on. with a monitor (not without the help of a consultant, of course). Yes, and for an additional one. I agreed. The total amount was approximately 3,000 rubles. (2,600 for a laptop + monitor and 400 guaranteed). About 3 months ago, the internal plastic frame in the laptop cracked, and definitely not because of my physical impact - it always stands on the table; the matrix is in order; there are no chips, dents, scratches, and in general, Chinese products can behave like this (especially the PANTUM MFP). Because the add-on is still in effect. warranty and so that they don't make me guilty later (if it breaks), I hand it over to the service. But now he's been in the service for almost 2 months, and the same information is being posted on the site "during diagnosis/maintenance." The service immediately said we'll fix it, they'll call you with a diagnosis, and if we don't have time in 60 days, we'll give you a coupon to buy a new one, in the amount of 70% of its cost. Although the consultant said something completely different when buying (they say, even if you break it yourself, everything is OK, they will give you a new one). But I didn't break it, I consider the case to be a manufacturing defect. Now the service says that a frame has been ordered, there is no diagnostic conclusion, I realized from the conversation that no one is going to call, and the most fun thing is that the service period (repair) can be extended, read the public scam agreement... I also paid for such ridiculous behavior towards myself... Bottom line: I spent about 2600 on a laptop (the same on the network, or I would have bought an analog for less than 2000), since the purchase (more than 14 months) I have owned it for less than 12 and the difference is growing.

disgusting! I took the DVR in the Gallery shopping center for examination. They announced that if the decision is about marriage, then you can make a refund at ANY store. The marriage was confirmed, and I went to this store, Corona. There, the service consultant started talking nonsense to me that the database indicated "the product was returned to the buyer with an act" and would not be able to make a refund. And all I have on hand is the current SMS about the confirmation of marriage, which was sent at 21:12. Believing in this nonsense, I went to the Gallery. And they said that there was nothing like that in the database, no unnecessary acts, etc., etc., and they calmly made a refund. Apparently, the Crown was too lazy for the consultant to make a refund. This is the attitude towards the consumer.

They issued a transfer certificate , WHICH did not specify ANYTHING . They didn 't tell me how much work would be done , etc . I get a text message telling me to come because they found a marriage . I came, they told me, the laptop can't be repaired in any way, choose money or the same laptop . I had important information on my laptop , design projects , and work for the institute exam . I asked for my laptop back, so that I could transfer it all to my flash drive. As a result , they told me , but that 's it , the laptop was disposed of . … What? I said, why didn't you warn me that you were deleting everything on the laptop? To which they replied :" You might have guessed . " I'm sorry, what is this anyway I'm sure that the workers messed up during the diagnosis, and how was it scrapped without my knowledge?
