The store is good, it is often here that you can find the cheapest price for the product. But I won't come here anymore and I'll have to buy goods in other places. I constantly meet with rude staff in this store, this applies both to consultants on the floor (although this is debatable, they usually just don't exist) and people at the checkout. As a person who has worked with clients, I am shocked every time by the service in this place. I constantly left here with a negative impression.

My brother was buying a steam mop for Mom's birthday! A couple of days later, a call from the store staff that they had given another mop, asking them to change it! They made a replacement, but when asked to check the product, the employees of element 5 said that they had no water, the indicator was on, so everything was working! The day has come when you need to give a gift, she worked for a couple of minutes and that's it! The next day they brought it, to sort out the situation, they said to wait up to two weeks to check the goods. The holiday is ruined, the gift failed!

I was buying audio equipment, a male consultant helped me check, asked if I had a discount card. I replied that I didn't know, he asked the girl at the checkout to check by phone number. She nodded, didn't check anything, I paid for the purchase, and she just says "Good bye" to me. I asked again about the discount card, to which I heard again "Good day, goodbye." To be honest, I am shocked by such service. I have never met with such rudeness in any of the stores of the 5 Element chain.

Over the past six months, in total, I bought equipment for more than 4 thousand rubles. Everything in general worked well, and if not, then everything was repaired under warranty. But I bought a dishwasher last week and during installation it turned out that the rear adjustable leg was defective. I contacted the warranty service, explained everything and assumed that it was a mechanical impact during delivery (because when unpacking, the FOAM BOTTOM FELL APART INTO TWO PARTS), I was told that this was not a guarantee, most likely, and I would need to pay for repairs and was advised to contact the store and possibly replace the goods. I called the store, they recorded my appeal and asked for a photo where the alleged problem was. After two days, no one called me back and I dialed the store myself, then they told me that they were sorting it out and would call back, and after two or three hours the girl called back and said that they would not change anything because it was mechanical damage and I signed the act upon receipt that there were no complaints about the appearance. I was just outraged by the fact that I assumed that this was a mechanical damage and it could not be determined from the photo that I sent them, BUT their experts established it and the couriers who were interviewed also said that everything was in order and naturally they did not say anything about the FOAM BOTTOM that fell apart into two parts)))🤷‍♂️

The experience of visiting this store is very mixed. What did you like: 1) A large selection of products, the store is an official dealer of many brands. 2) There are discounts and bonus programs. 3) There are good consultants who can suggest something to a buyer who does not understand much about a particular category of goods. For example, I chose headphones. Even before going to the store, I had a clear request, I got acquainted with the assortment on the store's website and outlined a dozen of the best positions for myself. The next day I came to the store and the consultant suggested exactly the headphones that I had planned. That is, the consultant did not try to sell something bad for some benefit. What didn't you like: 1) There are not such good consultants, they set their highest task to sell you something. I was given the "Listen+" service. The service is offered when buying a new phone. It includes data transfer from an old smartphone, initial setup, and subscription to Yandex.Plus. The consultant hooked me with a Yandex subscription.Plus, having said that, taking into account my discounts, an annual subscription will cost as much as six months. I didn't need all the other services from the kit. I only knew the approximate amounts for a Yandex subscription and eventually took my word for it. When I came home and checked, it turned out that I had been given an annual subscription to Yandex.Plus the price... annual subscription to Yandex.Plus. Even a couple of rubles of overpayment turned out. Moral: trust, but check. 2) For some reason, consultants and cashiers are located at different ends of the trading floor. I came to pick up the order (phone), went to the cashier. I was given the "Listen +" service - I went with a consultant to the other end of the hall. They told me to pay for the phone and the service - I went back to the cashier. Then you need to go back to the consultants and show the receipt... Why can't they be planted closer to each other? Why do customers have to go back and forth? 3) They are still trying to sell a lot of things - they will offer an extended warranty on devices, some murky services, they will definitely offer light bulbs at the checkout... But when I bought a xiaomi sensor for measuring temperature, which comes without a battery included (as I learned at home), no one offered a battery. What prevents you from offering what the buyer really and obviously needs, instead of trying to sell something superfluous? Conclusion: if you know exactly what you want to buy, or just want to pick up what you ordered through an online store, then everything is quite good, there is a metro nearby. But if you don't know what you want and rely on consultants... Trust, but check.
