We came to the 5th element in Trinity to buy a refrigerator. Not a single consultant approached us during the entire time that we were choosing a suitable model for ourselves. The choice, in the end, was made on our own, which we actually really liked (knowing how the consultations in 5E go according to reviews), but that was the end of the positive impressions. Of course, to make a purchase, we called an employee and... Let's go: at first, they "brazenly" began to push through other models, which, simply, were twice as expensive. It was not possible to build any reasoned dialogue with the consultant, it is even difficult to describe it here, there was not even a logical conversation, it was absolutely obvious that they were trying their best to sell the product more expensive, although it was not better at all, and it did not correspond to our wishes at all. Then we moved on to making a purchase, then they began to give us some additional service, etc. I do not use the word "push in" for nothing, because again, there were no worthy arguments in favor of our additional services from the consultant, and when we, once again, refused to add.If there were any options, then they began to tell us that our refrigerator would be taken and the doors would fall off (and we chose a good refrigerator, LG)! And don't let us come to them with this! Oh, what was there! With grief, they made out everything in half. Then an unpleasant surprise awaited during delivery (in general, it was not very cool to expect delivery for a whole week with the availability of equipment, but here it is). So the workers who brought the refrigerator left it in the hallway, right outside the front door, our kitchen is located next to it, we did not ask them to carry it somewhere far away. But that's all we won't carry. I had to dig it out of cardboard on my own, besides, there were still some sticks attached to the construction brackets in the bottom, which created such good problems for us. A few years ago, we bought an Atlant refrigerator from the factory, so there, without specifying anything, the workers rolled it into the right room and unpacked everything, taking with them the packaging we did not need - this is an example, for the difference in service. Of course, there was no desire to come to this store for shopping at all. P.S.: In the fall, an air humidifier was purchased in the same store. Again, instead of the self-selected model, others were "pushed through" to us. Due to inexperience, then they were led. As a result, the humidifier worked for a day or two. Next, we gave it for examination, which found out that it was completely incapacitated, of course, there was a suspicion that it was originally sold to us after repair, although it was offered as new in the store. Further resuscitation of him was impossible according to the conclusion. We took the money back for the humidifier, as a result of this story. First, a bad product, then a completely unsuccessful service - these two points are enough to never come back. It is very unpleasant to leave a negative comment, but I hope this review will be useful.

For understanding, the phone from the Chinese market does not support the ESIM function, the facetime functionality is cut off. Despite this, there is not a single mention on the site that it is possible to sell a dualsim phone, it is written in Russian in white - yes, yes support. After-sales service is disgusting, in conversation the store employees are trying to make you look like an idiot out of the blue. And this despite the fact that when applying for the 5-element service, I had to explain on my fingers to the store staff what esim is and what it is eaten with. Absolutely incompetent employees and disgusting attitude. At the same time, everyone hears the phrase "we value every customer" through the word. Utter nonsense, they appreciate exactly until you buy the goods, and then - get out. I will never contact the 5 element again, in principle.

If I asked to arrange a certain product, it means that I want it! Why fuck up my choice if no one even asked why and for whom I need it? A couple of days ago, my husband visited the 5th element in the shopping mall, so there was no opportunity to visit another one. And what do you think, Dmitry got a consultant, who again began to advise, or rather to sell, with a dissatisfied face. My husband just asked me to call another consultant and it was the best solution. And the final story about over-maintenance. My husband and I came to paste the film on the watch, which was paid for earlier. They asked me to walk for 10 minutes. When we returned, we saw a completely different film. It was necessary to have a matte one, they stuck a glossy one. The husband pointed out the mistake, but in response a disgruntled face and "you paid for the glossy one", the husband pointed to the place where it says matte and the seller said: "well, maybe it's glossy after all? It's necessary to re-glue it." Are you serious? We paid for a matte film, so we want a matte one. And the fact that someone can't read is not our problem. Don't set foot on you anymore!
