The staff is very intrusive. Before you can arrange an installment plan, they already impose warranty service, film, data transfer, and so on. You say you haven't even bought it yet, and they still copy the text they've learned and won't let you go. Consultants are like schoolchildren or students on a side job. I don't know anything specifically about the products and they won't tell me. The store on Expobel also has a poor assortment. Two consultants for the whole hall! The 5th element has been disappointing lately. When you order an item online, it stays in storage for 3 days. They call at 9:00 a.m. asking if I will extend the storage or not. Aren't you calling a little early? Even in the emergency center, calling patients starts at 11 a.m. I ask the store management to pay attention to the service, sellers and early calls on a typical day at 9 a.m. from the 5th item!

We bought a grill in the 5 Element store of the EXPOBEL shopping center, the consultant praised the specific grill model very much and talked about the advantages of this particular model and the company, I would say very persistently and obsessively, luring us with a three-year warranty on this product (not extended for extra money) As a result, two weeks later, we took this grill back to the store because the coating on the heating panels began to fall off, after using the grill 2 times and cleaning it according to all the rules prescribed in the instruction manual, point-by-point, as if there had been any mechanical damage before (even from the cheapest frying pan, you need to try very hard to chip it off like that coating or making a deep pothole)the store sent to the service center,of course this is not a warranty case, ...it became more fun when the grill arrived from the service center with a chip on the grill body that was not present when it was delivered to the store,new coating flakes on the roasting plates and scratches all over the grill! We refused to accept such goods back, to which the staff said they would sort it out, after a certain time the store offered compensation of 100 rubles. or 150 bonus points, for goods with which it is not clear what happened during transportation or in the service center itself, the store does not give any explanations,where the damage came from are not responsible! As a result, no one understands anything, instead of enjoying the purchase and enjoying it, it's a hassle! When you visit the 5 Element stores website, you will see only positive reviews about the products, I recommend looking at other sources and reviews, and it's better not to contact at all!

I bought HUAWEI FreeBuds 6i headphones in this store exactly one year ago. Yesterday, sound distortion began in one earphone, volume drops to pain in the ear, the sound began to "shoot". All reset methods did not help. Official repairs are not provided in Belarus. The service center that advised me to support the 5th element refused to pay for repairs and offered me to buy one earphone for 180p. I am very disappointed with the 1-year service life of these headphones. I bought them clearly for a longer period of use. The breakdown is clearly a factory defect. Element 5 did not help me solve the situation in any way. My complaint is about the entire network as a whole, but since I bought headphones, I'm writing a review here.

During the 6 months of operation of the Infinix GT 10 Pro 8GB/256GB smartphone, a defect was identified due to which any applications crashed with a critical error or the phone hung up spontaneously, we were advised to do a complete reset of the device data, we did nothing to help, contacted the service where we described the problem and sent the phone for diagnosis, a week later the phone I arrived, the employee said that everything was fine with the phone, the wizard did a full service reset of the phone, to my surprise it did not save the situation! The phone was still freezing and knocking out any applications!!! For example, I was able to log into the play store only 5 times and was always accompanied by the system message * The system process is not responding* They sent us to the store a second time, described in more detail all the problems, to which we were offered to go to the other side of the city personally to their SC and give the phone for diagnosis in order to save time, we came to the sc where the specialist verbally confirmed the problem and could not help us because our phone's warranty had expired!!!! Although we have a 1-year warranty, and the phone was purchased 6 months ago, the sc informs us that the phone was activated more than 1 year ago, and apart from simple diagnostics, they are unable to do anything, it's just some kind of nightmare! Therefore, we were advised to resolve the issue only through the store and their own warranty. Upon returning to the store, we sent the phone back for diagnostics, where the employee informed us that the service would do the same and return the phone back)))) Nevertheless, we sent it to the SC again... This is just some kind of mockery, I will never buy anything in the network of these stores again and I will not advise anyone, if the issue is not resolved, we will seek help from consumer protection, independent expertise and the court.

I was offered a quality check, since the service center does not consider a couple of drops to be leaking, I indicated that I would like to be present at the inspection, since this defect occurs precisely at full load and after 40 minutes- an hour of washing, naturally, the master from the service did not wait so long! I was not informed about the inspection and I was not invited! Negative product reviews are not published even after calls. No one knows anything about them and is not responsible for anything!!! And you don't have to rely on reviews when buying, it's been personally verified!

I bought a laptop on 21.08 Machcreator One R5 JJOOGBOOGRU on 21.08 2025 . The store is located atKorzeniowski 26. A Professional PC (Kaspersky Standard) was installed on the same day. After about two weeks of operation, after switching to sleep mode, it did not unlock the screen and the laptop did not respond to clicks and keyboards. I arrived at the store and the IT service specialist reinstalled everything, saying everything happens and I continued to work. I came back 3 more times with this problem, and my PC was reinstalled again . Unfortunately, I was shooting a video and I don't remember the date when I arrived. When I arrived again (I have a video of the malfunction, a specialist recommended them to me) I was told to contact the service and take the laptop to the service for a malfunction check. I passed it. In the Technical Condition Report dated 26.10, there was an entry in the technical report: The client did not provide login passwords (no one asked him?? Why??) OS diagnostics is not possible .Diagnostics was performed on the HDD and OC of the service. The product is hardware fixed. I took my laptop and continued to work. When it happened again, I brought the laptop back and handed it over. The specialists saw the malfunction and wrote down the password. It was clear that the laptop did not unlock the screen and the laptop did not respond to clicks and keyboards. I don't understand why the video wasn't shot. I had it and I offered to send it. Once again, I hoped that they would figure it out. I took the laptop away with a technical report: A functional check of the device and the cooling system was carried out. During the diagnostics from 17.11 to 19.11, the stated malfunction was not confirmed. The product has been functionally fixed. Everyone shrugs their shoulders when they see that there is a problem. I was offered to hand over my laptop for an independent examination. They warned that "The procedure is expensive." Why, when specialists see a malfunction and do not deny it, should I take my laptop somewhere and pay for an independent examination?The product is under warranty. I will think about where to go next. But this attitude towards the buyer is not clear. I want to finish the question. But there were questions about the work of ELEMENT 5 specialists.

The consultant said that you need to pay immediately and then be sure to open it in front of them to see if everything is in order. We paid for it, opened it, and it had two very visible spots. They gave him wings, but he's dirty.. I tell the consultant that we will not take it. To which he says: you can't, because you've already opened it and paid for it. I say: that's why we opened it in order to check its condition. As a result, the consultant went to look for the administrator, could not find him, and sent us to the service. At the service, a man took out a rag and began to rub these stains.. We were shocked by what was happening. I tell him that we won't take the laptop because it's defective, but he responds: these are not defects. And then what? He couldn't wipe the stains off. As a result, he left to talk with the consultant, returned and said that the money would be refunded to us. It's good that the money was returned without any problems, but it's not clear how you can sell a defective or even used product. I think if the stains had been wiped off, the money would not have been returned to us, although it is obvious that the product is not new or defective. The second MacBook we're buying. The first one was bought at MTS, I just took the box and opened it at home and everything was fine. Since when do MacBooks need to be opened to check their condition? I attach a photo of a MacBook "without defects" for 3299 byn. My mac looks much better after a year of use than this "new" one.

They sold a trimmer of inadequate quality, not the cheapest far away (it does not shave, you need to drive ten times), they refuse to return the money (it came immediately). Only through their service and warranty in case of installation of a defect. I don't think I should be doing this when a store is selling a device whose only function is working poorly or not at all. The trimmer generally works, I think it's just a fake, so it doesn't shave properly (subjective opinion). Plus, as another reason for non-return, used goods are non-refundable. Apparently, as a psychic, I should have seen through the box that the 220-ruble device works worse than the 35-ruble equivalent. As a customer who has bought more than once in the fifth element, including expensive equipment, I will now refuse their services. Be careful.

We bought a Polaris PGS 2277C steamer to replace the Tefal steamer purchased in element 5 and also not working. When they brought it home, they began to use it and it turned out that it did not work. He was just "spitting" water. We took it to the store, they replaced it the next day with another new one. I didn't have a chance to use it for a week, and when they started using it, it turned out that it didn't want to work properly either. The fact is that he is with a base into which water is poured, and he collected water every other time, after two, in general, it works, then it doesn't. We took him back to the store. For several days we considered whether he was a worker. And as a result, they again admitted that but not a worker. Let's go get the money. That is, we bought THREE steamers and all are not working. And let me remind you that we could not return the Polaris vacuum cleaner to the 5th element, which we cannot use normally. Although they asked to take it away, and instead of Polaris, buy an LG vacuum cleaner. In conclusion, the Polaris brand left us with a terrible impression. And the store administration, an unpleasant impression, with its unwillingness to meet the buyer, realizing that they are selling low-quality goods.

Then the employee literally "mumbled" to himself that they would write to me on Viber, but I did not hear any further information, since it was very noisy in the store. I informed the employee that I couldn't hear him. In response, I get: "Sad." EXCUSE ME?"?????? Disregard for customers and insubordination. The man was wearing a black hoodie and left a disgusting impression about the store (in his own person).

I bought a Makita DLM382 lawn mower. We've got an extended warranty of up to 36 months. I didn't use the lawn mower much, but as a result, the lawn mower broke down after 13 months (the welding on the wheel holder burst, because of this, the wheel stopped holding still). The defect is clearly factory-made. I passed it under warranty. They kept the lawn mower for 2 weeks to say that the repair was refused, "the breakdown is mechanical, which means we fix this only for up to 12 months." They could not explain anything, because they can only read the conclusion of the service center, it is also impossible to contact the service center itself for clarification. "Contact consumer protection, etc." we are working on the conclusion of the service center and that's it. No one has told me why I need an extended warranty. And I would go to consumer protection, but it's a pity for time, this new part costs 40 bel. rub. I paid about 250-300 rubles for the extended warranty, precisely so that later, in case of a breakdown, I would not waste time searching for parts. Draw your own conclusions, now I will bypass the 5th Element, and the extended service is generally a fiction in order to take extra money from the client!

So this is the background to the fact that she came to choose a curling iron for a gift. She needed a curling iron with a specific diameter of 19 mm, which she informed the consultant! To which he replied that he did not have such data and let her look at the site herself if she really needed it. My question then is, "dear 5th element, why do you need so many consultants?!" if they are of zero use! Just go and tell them what they would watch on the Internet?! As a result, Mom didn't buy anything and left your store in a bad mood! The date of the visit is 20.12 in the afternoon. Of course, Mom didn't remember the consultant's name. I ask you to take measures and train your staff to help your customers make their choice, which they must do!

Because consultants don't comment on it... especially in the department of computers and components. Zero competence, zero empathy, but a pure desire to fuck more money to get a bonus. They push in something that is more expensive, but with equal characteristics, the product that you have chosen - they say directly, "this is bullshit, but that expensive one is a top, let's make it out, look, there are two pieces left as soon as possible." When registering with a consultant, they also insistently cram in guarantees, then all sorts of additional sales. I understand the scripts and the desire to sell, but you can do it less aggressively and where you have already been refused - close your mouth and do not push ... Respect the girls at the cash registers, everything is clean and calm. But the impression from the youngsters' consultants is very unpleasant. I don't even really want to come to the store, I understand why they take everything online...
