Terrible service under the "Protection+" program: the coffee machine returned dirty and with the same defect I would like to warn all buyers of the 5th Element against registering the Protection+ program. My experience of treatment turned out to be absolutely useless and even unpleasant. I handed over the Kitfort coffee machine for cleaning and repair. I clearly identified the problem: when using a steamer (steam supply), water flows from the main coffee supply port. As a result, after a few weeks of waiting, I received the car in the same condition in which I gave it away. The defect has not been eliminated, and it is still impossible to use the equipment. I would like to mention the "logic" of the service separately: instead of fulfilling my direct request for cleaning, they arbitrarily sent it to the Kitfort service center simply to "identify defects." I didn't ask for this! As a result, the coffee machine came back to me, not only faulty, but also sticky and dirty. In fact: the paid "Protection+" service does not work, the equipment is treated carelessly, the stated malfunctions are ignored. Money is wasted, time is wasted. I do not recommend contacting their customer service.
