On 11/8/2025, consultant Stanislav Barkovsky saw that the person did not understand phones and suggested the worst model, one of the most unsold, unknown, with poor parameters compared to other models and with hyped reviews. It is impossible to return the phone and I have to leave a negative review, unfortunately. On the issue of warranty , he offered only for a year or for 4 , there were no other options . Although there are more warranty options on the website. The seller was very insistent that the TV was not the best, he also said that the TV would not work properly without a paid subscription, offered a 5-element subscription , that it was better We bought a TV, and everything the seller says doesn 't add up. We purchased a Huawei Pura 70 12GB/256GB phone from this store on 07/06/2025. Initially, Samsung or Xiaomi were considered, but in the end the seller changed his mind about this model, because in his opinion, this phone is better. It was said about Xiaomi that there is a lot of advertising, and Samsung does not win in terms of performance. At the time of the consultation, I immediately asked about Google services, because a year ago I bought a phone and they told me that Huawei does not have them, because they no longer cooperate with Google (this parameter was important for choosing a phone). To my objection, the seller assured me that "Huawei has resumed cooperation with Google and there are Google services in the new models." After looking at the phone that was on display and seeing that it had a Google browser and Google mail, I thought that it was (it turned out that these applications were installed through another app store). Considering that the phone has excellent features and many interesting functions for its price, after receiving information that Google services are available on the phone, we chose this model. The next day, I was setting up my phone, and I discovered that there were no Google services on the phone. I immediately called support to find out what was going on, they took my phone number and promised that a store employee would contact me to clarify the situation. On the same day, an employee of the store called me back and explained that there were no Google services on this phone, to which I said that the store had assured me that they were available. They offered to come to the store and promised to install everything. I came and they installed some kind of incomprehensible application instead of Google play. As a result, I asked for a complaint book, because due to poor-quality consultation, I'm wasting my time and I don't understand what is being installed. I was asked to wait 5 minutes, and I waited 20, after which the administrator came out and asked what was wrong. Then he offered to make a refund, but since the card with which the phone was purchased was not from a Belarusian bank, the refund would have to wait a month. As a result, they began to convince me again that this was one of their best phones, and I left the phone. I really regret that I turned to this particular store, the phone brings a lot of problems due to the lack of Google services, it is not possible to use it normally. I do not advise you to come here, sellers are not only incompetent, but also lie just to sell what is profitable for them.

I want to say that the attitude of sellers to the buyer is not very good, at least it was like that to my mother. She is an elderly person, and when the refrigerator was delivered to her home today, 08/08/25, the attitude was completely indifferent. They brought it, left it, gave us the documents and left, we stopped them halfway so that at least we could remove the refrigerator itself from the stand, me, her daughter and my mother would not be able to remove it themselves and it was done as if from under a stick. It was very unpleasant.

"Protection+" is a real protection! Don't repeat my mistake — don't spend money on this "service"! When buying a hob, I issued an additional "Protection+" program for 3 years, as it took time to install the kitchen. It would seem that the confidence that the product will be repaired in case of a breakdown. But in fact, it's just a way to extract more money from the buyer without providing any guarantees. When the panel broke after 6 months, I decided to use the program — and that's what was waiting for me.: 1) No one identifies you on the phone. They don't have any data. All you need is the code from the brochure. Lost — they will make a request to the store, and wait again. "Service" 2) The repair period is up to 60 (!) days, and, attention, the company reserves the right to change these deadlines unilaterally without penalties and liability. That is, you can promise repairs for 3 years, but in fact you can do nothing?! 3) The master arrived on the 3rd day after the application... and disappeared for 2 weeks. No one calls or warns. If you want to know something, call yourself, catch it, persuade it. When I contacted support, I was quoted excerpts from the public offer, which do not appear anywhere during the purchase. Can I add a QR code to the brochure, why?) Is it even legal to refer to a document that the buyer has not actually read? Why wasn't I notified of such conditions at the time of the sale? The money was wasted. Three years of “warranty" without obligations and liability. You've lost a client.

Pointless trips from the order desk to the it specialist's desk just so that he can print a receipt, although this can all be done at the order desk. The organization of the work is disgusting. And in the end, the it specialist offered to buy insurance for the phone in order to break it and buy a new one for 75% of the cost of the old phone. Just the best company.

I'll share my opinion. I bought a Siemens coffee machine in December of the 22nd year. Thank God the car is working fine (only for this I'm already putting 3 and not 1). The seller insisted on buying the protection + program, according to which the car was cleaned for free during the 12 months of the warranty period and another 24 months later. This was the case until the age of 25. At the next request, they said that their rules had changed and the contract had been changed unilaterally. Now my car is serviced for a fee. When I asked them to show me the contract that I had signed that I agreed to change the terms of protection, they unilaterally replied that they did not have a contract with my signature. When buying, I was not introduced to this agreement (there was only an oral account of the seller). What I paid for the protection plus for 3 years: it is unclear. At least such actions are unpleasant to me on the part of the seller. Buy equipment with the protection + program in the 5th element!!!

I bought a NEW Atlant washing machine, it was delivered the next day late, the machine was in a package with a yellow ribbon and the text "checked". Couriers in a hurry gave me to sign the act of acceptance of the goods, barely had time to inspect only for external defects. After connecting to the network, it turned out that three functions do not work for the machine: delayed start, pre. Washing and soaking, I did not use the machine and did not connect it to water.after that, I immediately contacted element 5, informed the operator about my problem , he sent me to the number of the Atlant warranty workshop. I had to make changes to my plans and wait for the master to fix a NEW washing machine .The master advised me to change the part on the spot explaining that :You will not wait for the replacement of the product from the store , which in the best case, if it is replaced in two weeks ... and I could not wait any longer and so 5 days have passed since the day of purchase, I gave the go-ahead for a warranty repair case.While I'm writing this review, I started the first wash . Everything is fine until you come across a defective product. Unfortunately, the dishwasher came with a defect (it leaked through the front door). When contacting element 5, I was redirected to the service center and the epic of repair began. The service center (Closed Joint Stock Company "BYTTECHNOSERVICE") is simply disgusting. The application can lie for weeks, and you will be fed breakfast, the call center only responds that the master will contact you. In element 5, they throw up their hands, saying that we can't influence it in any way. And now I've been sitting with a broken typewriter for 2 weeks. Some were sold and satisfied (and tried to exchange the goods, but this also requires the conclusion of the same "excellent" service), while others simply do nothing.

No call, no courier, no aerogrill!!!!! I tried to leave a request in advance, in order to avoid force majeure situations, but then they just scored on their client!!!! It is sad, sad and not pleasant to have such an attitude!!! So much for the fifth element, a reliable trading network, I used to think so.
