A year ago I bought a phone, chose a model, looked at the availability in stores on the website, this store turned out to be the closest for me, on the same day I came to look at the phone, but it was not in the hall, I asked the consultant if this model was available, the answer was that yes, it is in stock, but we will not take it out, why they didn't explain, then I ordered from the site for pickup to the same store, when I came to pick up, at first they couldn't find one unhappy phone for a long time on two shelves, so they also said during registration that the phone was bad, why take it, there are other models much better... I was toxically silent, but saying this to a customer when the phone is almost decorated is not the best idea! I have been using it for a year now, there are no questions.
And every time I visit the store, many consultants are on their phones, or talking to each other and never say hello or goodbye!!!

The seller cheated and did not issue a warranty card, in general, he did not put a warranty card to the documents for the goods. Says: "You go pay, and I'll fill out the warranty card." As a result, they gave me a box with the goods, said that everything was fine, but there was no warranty card at home. Therefore, I advise you not to take anyone's word for it and not to pay anything at all until everything is done properly: they will put the seal of the store, put a signature with a transcript, etc. The product works, I like everything, but this is the merit of the manufacturer "Sony", and I rate the work of the store at "1" out of "5".

I ordered the goods by pickup from the store, I came to pick them up. And they refused to write off the balls, although I chose a product without shares, without super prices, without warm prices, etc. (there is a screenshot of the page). On the phone, the operator called it a technical malfunction and recommended that in order to avoid this in the future, call in advance and clarify. Are you joking this way? I had to drive to the store for 2 hours, and now you're asking me to call you for every item that I can supposedly buy? Yes, I will not put my foot in your place anymore and I will forget the online store like a terrible dream. There is a torn book of comments and suggestions in the store, just a third of the book is torn out, you can imagine what kind of attitude there is to customers. Yes, there's trash going on that makes my head spin.
I do not recommend anyone to go there, there are other stores that sell at the same or even lower prices and are always on the client's side.
P.S. I received an answer to the remark. A banal unsubscription, they themselves are not aware of their product. It is recommended to watch the promotions on the website. However, they did not even listen to the fact that this product was not sold on the site for any promotion. Although they probably listened, they knew - they just don't care about the customers.
