But I don't understand how it can not be, if the kettle has lost its appearance, it has become ugly after a couple of weeks, during normal operation. Although I read on the Internet that this is a manufacturing defect, the thickness of the stainless steel is not observed, and it turns black when heated. For information, I used the same kettle, the same company for 10 years and it did not turn black, there were even cases that the water was drained and it was heated without water, it just got old and I decided to upgrade. I had to buy an electric kettle, but I put this one in the closet, it's just a pity to throw it away.

Probably, the additional training that was promised in response to other comments never reached the team. It's sad, because the point is conveniently located, there are no queues, but I'd rather drive next time.

Such consultations strongly influence the company's image. Next time, I will think very hard about whether to return there or not, given the negative experience I have had with the consultant. P.S. By the way, the extended warranty purchased for another product purchased earlier here did not work in my case for some reason. The question arises: then why is it needed? As a result, I refused it and took the money I had paid. Another attempt to confuse the consumer...
