I bought a kettle for an induction cooker, after a couple of weeks the bottom of the kettle and the edges turned dark, although the kettle did not heat up without water, I used it carefully, I took the element back to Nesterov at 5, they took it away, held it and said that this was a normal phenomenon, that it turned black when heated, I tried to dispute, they took it away again and wrote me a paper that this is not a manufacturing defect. But I don't understand how it can not be, if the kettle has lost its appearance, it has become ugly after a couple of weeks, during normal operation. Although I read on the Internet that this is a manufacturing defect, the thickness of the stainless steel is not observed, and it turns black when heated. For information, I used the same kettle, the same company for 10 years and it did not turn black, there were even cases that the water was drained and it was heated without water, it just got old and I decided to upgrade. I had to buy an electric kettle, but I put this one in the closet, it's just a pity to throw it away.

The seller had a strange strategy of "motivation to buy". I ordered a specific phone, came to pick it up – the phone is inexpensive and also with a discount. Why would I press and repeatedly suggest "suggest something better"? Better is probably more expensive. I understand that offering additional services is a service, but the little things decide everything. There was a very unpleasant aftertaste. And this despite the fact that at Dana Mall, literally this spring, they offered me about the same thing when buying, and I wanted to agree. Probably, the additional training that was promised in response to other comments never reached the team. It's sad, because the point is conveniently located, there are no queues, but I'd rather drive next time.

We came to buy a phone according to the conditions listed on the website. The consultant's answer is that there are no such conditions, this is a mistake on the website! And he offered other terms of purchase. Does it turn out that this is misleading consumers, or is it really a mistake on the site that I have been observing for several weeks? We decided not to leave the situation like this and called the call center, where the operator confirmed that the conditions indicated on the website were valid and he did not know the reasons why the consultant told us so... We ordered a phone through a call center, according to the conditions we are interested in. So the question arises about the competence of consultants on the ground? Such consultations strongly influence the company's image. Next time, I will think very hard about whether to return there or not, given the negative experience I have had with the consultant. P.S. By the way, the extended warranty purchased for another product purchased earlier here did not work in my case for some reason. The question arises: then why is it needed? As a result, I refused it and took the money I had paid. Another attempt to confuse the consumer...

This store is located in the shopping center. There is no parking in this shopping center. There is a polyclinic parking lot next to the fence, but there are no places there, and it is also fenced. There's nowhere to park the car nearby, unless it's a couple of kilometers away. I ordered a waffle iron, but it turned out to be loose and with scratches on the logo. And this is a gift. She didn't take it. My impressions of this place and the store are not the best.

Why is it that when you just came to see something, 1000 consultants will come to you and offer help, but here - no one) I found a consultant myself, who had to be distracted from a conversation with a friend and asked to approach the vacuum cleaners ... people don't know how to answer questions, well, we are already used to it) the question is how who types the staff?) I asked what brushes are included? The answer: "well, it seems like an ordinary one, a slit there, like yes" - it's funny) 😂 If you don't have enough money to pay people an adequate salary , then at least leave more information on the booklets with a price tag) by the way, there is a little more information in Electrosila. In general, we always have a problem with the service... this is not the first place with such service.

Operator Elena said that you should expect a notification. 18 hours, there is still no notification. The plans have already completely collapsed because of that unfortunate product. The call to the operator is picked up by Kamila, when I asked what the fate of my order was, she said that the goods were already on Nesterov in the store))) So why am I saying SMS came and Viber did not come. She looked at it and said, well, yes, it happens)) I have plans for the pipe, it would be better to buy in the 21st century or an electric saw. It's better there. It didn't end there. They placed an order for me and handed me a mixer. I asked about the package. I went back to the checkout again, they knocked out a package for me without even asking what size my purchase was. Of course, the package was not the right size. I went back to the checkout and asked for a bigger package. The verdict was this is the only size. I left the package for them and left.
