All in all, it's a cool tech store. Polite and friendly staff. Yes, maybe some things can be cheaper somewhere, but as practice shows, where it is cheaper, at least there is no guarantee. Headphones have broken down, replaced with new ones, repaired, or offered to return the product and receive a refund. I recommend this store.

We ordered a Samsung refrigerator on the website, came to pick it up, and before we could show it to us, the consultant immediately told us that you had made a bad choice, Samsung refrigerators should not be taken, they are all Uzbek and they are all returned by marriage. You'd better take Beco. When they finally showed us the refrigerator, he also continued to say that the Samsung refrigerator was bad. I bought airpods 4 headphones in the fifth element in the city of Kobrin. When I set it up at home an hour later, I checked the warranty, and it ends on 09/25/2025, although I bought the headphones on 07/20/2025. They don't want to make an exchange or refund. They didn't give you a warranty card, and there's no receipt.

Today we decided to buy a phone for grandma. We looked at the prices and availability on the website, went to the store. I rarely visit element 5, and after today's "consultation" I will be even less often. Yes, they chose a budget phone, they asked us to offer us options, since there were a lot of availability on the site, but only a couple on the showcase. Apparently, the consultant was upset that our purchase did not meet his expectations. Therefore, we were literally poked at those couple of models that were on display without explaining the difference and functionality. When I asked to offer us something more diverse, since there is much more choice on the site, we were "invited" to go to the site ourselves, find the model ourselves, and if it is available, then they will show it to us. Or, again, order it yourself if it is not available. Of course, I asked the girl to behave more correctly towards us. Nevertheless, we came to the store and want to be provided with a service. Seeing the conflict from the outside, another girl came up to us. She did a great job, immediately took us to the computer, began to tell us, recommend. We even began to define ourselves. But the first consultant decided that he had expressed an insufficient amount of disrespect to the client. And standing next to us, and wedging into the consultation, she began to interrupt, comment and discuss us. When asked to step back and not interfere with our choice, she refused. We left and we don't regret it. Let's go to the salon "In touch". The consultant there is just a smart girl. He spent 15 minutes on us very politely and kindly. Without asking or unnecessary persuasion, I took out about 6 phones, told everything, showed everything and explained. As a result, we left with a purchase 2 times more expensive than we had planned and with the feeling that their customers were respected and welcome. Question: Did the "5th element" lose only one customer with a purchase of 400 rubles? Not if they really want to run a successful business. They lost about 10 customers and much more revenue. And everything is simple - our negative experience will spread among friends and acquaintances, as well as in reviews on websites. As well as our recommendations from another store. "Element 5" is a beautiful and large store, but they obviously save a lot on education and training of staff there. There is so much negativity in life, and getting it for your own earned money, well, that kind of thing.

I came to buy headphones of the same brand, the consultant told me not to take them, because the Bluetooth connection is incorrect, and it often "falls off the phone." The store employee suggested another brand, less well-known. I refused and bought the headphones I came for. A year of use, no problem. Consultants "sell" the product for which the highest percentage will be credited to their account. They don't give a damn about your opinion. Take this product, I use it myself, my mother, my brother, my mother-in-law, my brother's friend and his wife's father use it. The consultants of this store are a huge disadvantage. There is no desire to visit the store solely because of the staff.

When, for example, they ordered a product online, they try to impose another product so that it goes into their account as sold by them as part of the consultation. And in this way, they can impose not only unnecessary functions in the device, but also at a cost of thousands of rubles. It's like buying an iPhone and only making calls on it and not using the rest of the functions. For example, I can make calls with a push-button phone, and if I came for a push-button phone, I need a push-button mobile.
